Good: Watch operates fine, good battery life, and great app selections. Good at exercise tracking, steps. Amazing phone conversation volume. Nice - gold metal wrist band is included with the watch. Watch is priced well. Important: FitCloudPro should be downloaded from Google Play (or other site) with your cell phone first. Then follow instructions to match the watch with your cell phone. The QR code was not effective for me and took lots of effort to find the FitCloudPro app.

I recently had a frustrating experience with the customer service on this website. It was pretty hopeless, as they didn't record my details accurately, which led to a lot of confusion and wasted time. Unfortunately, this has left me feeling disappointed, and I don't think I'll be using their services again. It's a shame because I had high hopes for a better experience.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, deceptive advertisment, , Banggood makes returns nearly impossible!!!! The product was not as pictured. I received 1/2 of the what I saw on the order screen. While checking out I went back and forth 3x to make sure I was ordering correctly. Each time I went to the product page and saw the complete product. I thouight I was buying what is pictured in the attached png file. I realize now that you have to buy both products. I would like to return for a refund.

The time between purchase and delivery…

The time between purchase and delivery needs to be less. Most tools come with no or inadequate instructions for use.

Sad to say

Sad to say, item came non functional, asked for replace , that was on 6th June, they asked for receipts, for photos, for videos....I supplied all as requested, no response from Banggood regarding replacement of my item received damaged, non fuctional, just justification....bad experience for me.

Let me state the facts clearly: · My order (#116616478) was placed on May 27, 2026, with the correct shipping address in Austria. · Your chosen carrier DPD delivered my package to a completely different address in Germany on June 1 – that is NOT my address, and it's even in a different country. · I have provided your support team with clear evidence (my order confirmation vs. the DPD delivery slip showing the wrong address), yet you have neither refunded my €181.67 nor resent the item. It has been over 20 days since I placed my order. I have contacted your support team multiple times, but only received generic responses and delays. I demand an immediate resolution: either reship my order to the correct Austrian address or issue a full refund. If this is not resolved within the next 48 hours, I will escalate to my payment provider and consumer protection authorities. I hope you take responsibility and stop wasting your customers' time.

Make sure you use a credit card. All I can say, even after spending thousands with this retailer, is that they don't stick to their word, they don't honour their responsibility and communication is poor. Will it stop me from buying from them? No! but make sure you protect yourself with your credit card who will resolve issues relating to damaged parcels, missing deliveries and dead on arrival product that they say they will refund but do everything they can to put the blame on the buyer - despite clear evidence

Competitive prices, but...

Usually start with competitive price but shipping costs and shipping services adds to the total cost sometime more than expected. The return of refund exchange policy is weak. Two weeks waiting for a resolution to my product return. The coupons are somewhat complex. You get them but can't apply them to the product you want. I keep getting multiple emails a day regardless of my multiple times I subscribe only to once a week.

Banggood = Bangbad! Great until they send you faulty goods. Then the hassle begins...

Received a faulty radio. Went through the returns process and uploaded multiple photos and videos of the fault and uploaded it to YouTube. Still waiting for a response. Clearly the customers word isn't good enough. They put you through the third degree to make a return. To top it off the antenna I ordered at the same time as the radio has been posted to someone else by their delivery partner. All in all a disappointing experience. I really can't wait to delete the app and scrub the banggood experience from my phone and memory. Do yourself a favor and stick to eBay who will take your word for it when an item is faulty. Don't bother with the age old reach out to us, you're a special customer waffle. It's just a front. I have got a wishlist full of equipment that I was going to order from them before this. I'll be sourcing it elsewhere even if I have to pay more. The reply telling me I'm an important customer can't be true because I'm nowhere nearer to returning the faulty item. I've jumped through hoops and still no reply. I'm clearly not very important to them 🤣 As an important customer I finally got a reply. 'The radio is a nini one and the buttons are fine'. That's all I got after my wait. I've never been in doubt it's a mini radio. The fact the model number is the Mini 5 made it pretty evident that it's a mini radio. The fact it's mini doesn't change the fact that it doesn't work. Them saying the buttons are fine after I've uploaded multiple videos of them not being fine is what's concerning. They're clearly willing to lie about it to avoid me returning the faulty item. They're painting themselves as an eBay type store front when they're clearly something really sinister and underhanded. My only option has been to open a case with the payment provider I made the transaction with...more hassle I don't need. Another thing I've noticed is they asked me for a review of the faulty radio. I did as they asked and left a negative review due to it being faulty. The review shows in my list of reviewed items but they won't publish it. The only reviews they publish are positive reviews. Surely this is illegal? The review scores on Banggood are inaccurate because they won't show the bad ones. Buyer beware!

Banggood is very good if the item you purchased works ok, I am having problems even getting an answer about the item I just purchased because it does not work properly, it is clearly faulty but I cannot get an answer how to send item back or receive a new one, I have contacted them twice and have now been told please give us time, I don’t want a refund all I want is the item to be fit for the purpose I purchased it for.
