Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I wasnt able to find the brand of battery at the spec I wanted at local battery stores so I typed in “buy battery online” and this place showed up. Battery Mart looked reputable and they had the battery I wanted for a good price. Payment was quick and easy, and my battery even came earlier than the expected shipping delivery date! It was well packed, protected w/o play in the box, and to this day, works extremely well (thanks East Penn!) Highly recommended.
Easy installation. Excellent quality and fast shipping (just a couple of days!). I replaced my 2013 prius 3 battery, which took about 10 minutes. Easy installation: removed negative then positive and vent tube of old battery then did the reverse order to put in the new battery. There is a vent socket for this new battery. All went well and my prius turned on without a problem and everything is working smoothly. Will buy again in the future. Thanks!
Good prices, good products, good order to delivery time and the real reason I come back to you, GREAT customer service! Phil was most helpful in getting me set up for the order I was placing and Curtis was especially helpful when I had some probs w getting the new batts wired/connected properly. Both those gents deserve a raise and should be managing your cust svc training dept!! Thanks
Although I can’t fully endorse the battery i bought for my motorcycle as it is newly installed and hasn’t been really put to the test of time and elements yet. I can say though Battery Mart had 4 good choices for my battery replacement. Other shops I had used previously only carried one or two choices for this battery type and the higher end ones at that. Battery Mart offered those two in addition to more budget friendly versions at nearly 60% less $$$.
