Finding the right part is fairly easy but could be improved. One has to select the fastener grade before selecting the size. Well, the size is usually set in stone while the grade could be flexible. Selecting the size should be first then one chose whatever grade is available.
I really appreciate the option to order as few parts as desired.

If looking for a certain size fastener but able to use different material types or grades, we do offer filters on the left hand side of the website. You can preselect various size measurements and the website will filter to show all available categories and materials of the selected sizes.

Customer Service
When the retail stores do not have what I need, Bolt Depot delivers the goods! I usually find what I need to get my project completed with the proper hardware. I do have to remember to double check my orders to make sure I have everything!
Very rich, intuitive online search engine for rare, specialized parts not found anywhere else. Great quality, fast, professional service. Have already recommended them to many of my associates.
Bolt Depot is a squared away company. My go to place for everything! The website is very informative. I've been using them for years. I highly recommend them!!!
Love ordering from Bolt Depot. Their selection is outstanding and they often have the hard to find hardware. Shopping is always fast. Outstanding company.
I put in a ridiculous order of 50+ items, many parts in single or just a few quantity, and it was accurately shipped very quickly. I couldn't be more pleased. Quality fasteners and excellent labelling. I will continue to do business with BD, great stuff.
After two hardware purchases from AMZ where they also lack selection, I have used Bolt Depot twice in one month. Very satisfied. I am glad to support what began as a brick & mortar hardware store and took the leap to add online ordering. The USPS shipping option they use gets my order from east coast to west coast in about 4 calendar days at a reasonable price.
I have been doing business with Bolt Depot for a long time now and have always been very happy with them. I'm not sure how many years, fifteen or so. They have a lot of choices and enable me to easily obtain the hard-to-find. They ship it right now and treat my frankly little bit of business like I'm a very important customer who just placed a thousand dollar order. They also have a lot of useful information on their website. You absolutely will not go wrong with them.
The website was easy to navigate and provided pictorial examples for quick identification as there are many different names for items making word search challenging at times. Very comprehensive list of items and flexibility with ordering quantity. Different material, coating and grade options are outstanding.
