I ordered a pair of trousers and they arrived over a month later. They were a different colour to what was shown on the website and the plaid pattern was barely visible, so I asked for a return. That bit was straight forward, but as they weren’t as advertised I asked for postage costs to refunded as well. From there I got several offers over many days of 40% refunds, ordering another item for the same value etc, but all I wanted was my money back and to return the item. After increasingly firm emails I finally got a refund for the item and postage, but with no instructions for sending the item back. All a bit of a waste of time and fabric and I won’t be making the same mistake again.
I have bought from Buykud over 10 years, initially through Amazon then direct. I would not lable the clothes as plus size just loose garments. They vary considerably and I think this sizing is just to accomidate the European Market. I've had garments with flaws that I've over looked against the hassle of returns. I made an order on Dec 20th 2025 and 6 weeks later still not sign. The garment was out of production when I enquired. I asked for a refund and was offered the choice of 3 garments to choose a replacement! It has taken numerous repeat requests for a full refund ... I kept getting promotional emails and replied to everyone asking for my refund! They then replied that they were going to produce the garment again but could I wait another 6 - 8 weeks? Really do they seriously expect me to wait again. I had to repeat my request for a refund and finally it was done direct to my PayPal account. Why could they not do this in the first instance rather than annoy a good customer? Never again!
The pants were totally different material and colour than pictured and quite short. Pictures misleading. Quite expensive too.

I bought a sweater a few months back and I was satisfied with the purchase (quality ok, colours a bit darker than in the image). In January I bought another sweater, but it didn't fit me, again the colours were much darker than in the image. I requested a return, they didn't provide me with the return address, I had to contact them several times, in the end I received an answer within 1 minute of me sending my email, which tells me it was a bot I was talking to and not a person. They provided me with a German return address (I live in Portugal) and instructed me to use a "Buykud return portal". When I used the portal, it said my item was 'non-returnable' even though I was within the 30 day return window. When I told them what happened and asked whether I should still send it to the German address they gave me (asking whether they could guarantee that I would receive the refund), I again received the answer within one minute, confirming that I will receive the refund and again pointing me to the Buykud return portal (where my item is flagged as non-returnable). Since I don't trust them at this point that I will ever see the refund and sending the package from Portugal to Germany would be expensive, I decided to keep the sweater even though it doesn't fit me. Do not recommend.

Ordered a cardigan and trousers in December, got the cardigan but no sign or word about the trousers even though I’ve emailed asking! Not happy!

I was nervous to order... based off this site and other reviews online. I'm 2XL-3XL normally at Old Navy, I enjoy the oversized/street wear style clothes, and have psoriasis so I can only wear cotton/natural. I'm extremely impressed. The clothes are extremely good quality, fully cotton, thick and quality materials. They fit perfectly, and are even oversized on me which is the desired style. I paid $20 for the fast shipping, and I live in Atlantic Canada. They shipped Dec. 30th, and arrived Jan 6th, even through the Chinese New Year (their biggest holiday). 8 days across the entire planet isn't bad. I ordered a dress, which is the only thing that fit a bit odd (tight neck); so I would stick to the street wear styles, or review the cut carefully (it's just as pictured). 100% in love and will be ordering again.

You have to send them an email to say why you don't want to keep the items (so that they can send you a return address) and you have no response - 2 emails sent and it's been 3 weeks! 200 euros lost. *Update: since writing this review last night I got a response to my last two emails, but no return address for the items, which is what I requested - they have to send you one via email. It would seem they are stalling my return application so that it will take longer than 30 days, so that I won't be eligible for a refund! Beware!!!!!

Your design I find unique. I prefer natural materials for textiles and you offer a large choice. For me bright colours are more acceptable, and exactly at Buykud I discovered style, which refreshes my actual collection.

I requested a return/refund, and received an email telling me to follow the directions to process a return. Unfortunately, it's unclear how to do that, and instead of sending me another email with a link to where I can proceed, I received the same information. Again - not clear. Very frustrating!
