Nice products

Products are excellent

Products are excellent, but shipping costs more than the item bought.

Website is easy to use

Website is easy to use. Account registration and tax exempt application was so fast. Items are easy to search, locate, and descriptions are accurate with photos. No need to request support as the order process is simple and easy.

Cool stuff

Fast, easy, had the stuff

PACKING SLIP REFERENCE

It would be very helpful to be able to add reference info/instructions to the shipping info (Purchase Order or project references).

Have to wait until morning to cancel…

Have to wait until morning to cancel order that has not shipped in 4 days and because I decided a different product is better suited to my needs. With my luck, it will probably ship before I can cancel.

Easy to use

C2G is very easy to use if you know what you are looking for. I have found no other source for cables this easy.

Bad website. Bad checkout experience.

The fact that you are an IT equipment provider and you can't upgrade your systems without wiping out everyone's password is sad. Then, the password change process was confusing since I am constantly prompted to change the password, which I did a few times before realizing that it was changed and I was already signed into my account. Very unintuitive. Then I made a Paypal purchase, went through the motions and ended up back at the start and had to go through the motions again. You have the worst checkout process I've ever seen and your shipping prices are ridiculous for a 1 ft piece of wire.

Found some unique cables at a good price, and fast shipping.

Very easy to navigate the website and find what you need.

Easy to search products

Easy to search products, order and pay. The only thing I was also looking for I couldn't locate were DB9 & DB 25 null adaptors not cables. Otherwise great site.

Changes to the website

Changes to the website Ever since the update, it has been inconvenient in check out. It would be great if you allowed an additional line for a PO # or release # like the previous site had so I do not have to edit the address every time I order.

Smooth experience

From initial contact with their customer service team to placing the order to delivery there weren't any issues and the price was good alsoi.
