Prompt service friendly atmosphere

Good customer service but still costly for Srs and Nonprofits.

I think your assistants did the best that they could, however the company should do better with pricing for Sr Citizens, Veterans, and Non-Profits. Most of my files on both my computers are used to support NON PROFIT organizations. I pay for it, and it is rather expensive on a fixed retirement budget.

Carbonite backups are seamless

Carbonite backups are seamless. No noticeable performance issues while it is backing up. Restoring individual files very easy. If you get a new PC and have to restore EVERYTHING (because the old PC is no longer working in order to copy onto a USB drivve and then restore to the new PC), just be patient. It takes a long time. Run a LAN cable to your router before starting the restore. Your PC probably has a 1 Gb NIC which will be faster than WIFI for the full restores, even if you have 1 Gb WIFI.

I love the backup of all my files. I purchased a new computer and just downloaded the files and poof, all my stuff was there, right where it was before.

I’ve used Carbonite for a while now. In fact I have replaced two laptops using it. Great product, and easy to use. I’m not a savvy PC guy but it works great for me. Never lost a pic or file or anything. Thanx so much. May GOD bless you and yours.

Carbonite saved my files!

Just the knowledge that my files are safe and protected. And, more importantly, if the system goes down, I can go back to Carbonite and retrieve my files. I have already had to do this once, and it was a lifesaver!

From panic to peace

In January I panicked. Someone who was supposed to be helping solve a printer problem online was not who they appeared to be, and the only way I could be sure that my MacMini had not been compromised was to wipe it clean. Stressful! But I had Carbonite, and they had come through before, so I proceeded to reconfigure by computer. It worked well and I was actually able to just restore the files and applications I needed, leaving me lots of space and a clean start. I needed to get some direction from customer service and they were very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Carbonite for peace of mind!

The Carbonite product and performance is seamless

The Carbonite product and performance is seamless and easy to navigate. We use 3 different computers. I just wish there was a way to have a single account. An account that would be more cost effective for us than maintaining the 3 separate accounts. We never had to retrieve a backup but trust it would work well.
