The downside of this is that it was not at all clear to me that repeat payments had been authorised. This aspect need to be a lot clearer to the donor.

I had a problem trying to cancel my standing order made much more difficult by having it on PayPal, but I got an extremely helpful person who sorted it all out very quickly for me. I found it a very good experience.
Deceptive company. They prey on people who are prepare to make a cash donation for a specific cause to get them to set up a monthly subscription that cannot be going to the original cause. I am one of many that had a subscription set up despite trying to donate without starting a subscription and am now struggling to cancel it. Request to bank failed last month and now the Change site will not let me log onto my account to cancel it that way.
I believe in this cause, and I appreciate the updates regarding how my contribution has helped, as well as others', and where we stand and how much more is needed to reach the goal.
