Was directed to cheapoair during a kayak search. Paid for the booking after booking flight, seats and meals. No seat assignment was done. Got chatbot and then agent. Two hours and more $$ later got seats. Ridiculous!

The website is almost ok. The part where you can check in online is not userfriendly at all. If you want to receive better reviews, it's recommended you do something about that.

Before you book from this third party agency you should know that they are not airline, in case of any delays, cancelations or problems with flight, they dont help you. And when you call airlines they refuse to help because you didn't directly book from them. They also scam you with travel assist which they dont actually provide, never purchase any add-ons from them or seats or meals, it's all included in your flight. Dont expect any help from them, in my departure flight it was canceled and I had to spend the whole day and night in the airport with zero help from them, then finally airline gave me hotel, now as I m writing this, my connection return flight was canceled and I will have to spend 2 days in the airport with my 9 years old and I have medical issues sever anemia, they dont want to offer hotel and also airline doesn't want to because I didn't book from them. These people doesn't have any morals or care about you. Avoud them at any cost.

I I arrived at the airport two hours before my scheduled departure time. To my surprise, the airline had already given away my seat and classified me as a "no-show," claiming that boarding had already closed. The airline staff informed me that, because I had purchased my ticket through a third-party agency, I needed to contact them directly. I did so immediately, but they refused to offer any solution. They simply maintained that I was a "no-show," even though I had arrived at the airport two hours before the scheduled departure time. As a result, I had no choice but to purchase a new ticket at a significantly higher price in order to continue my journey. To date, I have received neither a refund nor any compensation for the additional expenses I incurred.

I have been with cheapair for about 8 years, I get good deals and perfect flights . There only was one time that I booked a flight and had to change the flight date the next day ,eventually they made me pay for flight change. I was not happy about that since I was a frequent flyer.
