worst experience. Scam . it charged me extra and they manipulate the customer shows something and changes the things automatically, and person gets to know about it later on . so find another agency . THis is a fraud .

Absolutely terrible company with some…
Absolutely terrible company with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The agents were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issue. To make matters even worse, the representative named Seymour hung up on me in the middle of the conversation instead of providing assistance. If this is how CheapOair treats paying customers, it’s unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and book directly with the airline or through a company that actually values its customers. I will never use CheapOair again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Would Give it zero if I could
Would Give it zero if I could. Got travel insurance and airline cancelled my flight. Cheap o air still keeps travel insurance charge? And no flight to replace it!! That's pretty much stealing.

Very sorry to hear this. If you have purchased Travel Protection and the airline cancelled your flight, you must file a claim with the insurance provider as stated on the PDF file sent to your email. Never Book Through CheapOAir EVER
Never using Cheapoair again. Terrible service. Booked through them and charged me $200 extra for no reason. when I went to cancel and rebook, took a $100 fee from me. Now, they are looking to scam me out of another $20. Wish I had never considered them :(
