They don't hold up to what they honor this the second time going with choice I would never recommend them to nobody I called them on the July 14th and they didn't call no one out till the 31st and then they didn't cover what was wrong with my roof leak

Technician arrived on appointment time
Appointment was scheduled within a few hours. Repairman arrived at appointment and found condenser fan motor not working. Claim approval for repairs approved with in minutes. Technician had parts on hand and motor replacement was completed.
Easy to sign up
It was very easy to sign up. Got a great discount for seniors. How I had bad experiences with previous home warranty companies, I keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best. We will see.. I am trying to be positive here

Katelyn was fantastic to work with,she on top of it she gave me a great quote. This is my first home warranty and the feeling of relief that I now have is amazing. I am a long haul truck driver and I am on the road a lot,my elderly mother lives with me and I have always worried about something failing while I am on the road. No more worries,thanks katelyn and choice home warranty.
Don't waste your money on this home warranty!
They find an excuse not to cover anything they claimed they would. Every item that is technically covered in their sales pitch and contract, customer service finds a reason to decline - big disconnect here between sales and delivery, they just collect your premium and nothing is covered. Total waste of money!

My representative, Jayla, was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. She was not overtly aggressive.
Do not use Choice Home Warranty unless you like daily harassing spam calls and texts
Do not use Choice Home Warranty. It is a scam. I used it for a couple of years. The few times I used it the contractors they sent were sketchy. So I intended to not renew. A few months before my policy ended, CHW started in on the phone calls from reps asking me to renew. I told the first couple that I did not want to renew and to end my policy. EVERY DAY for the past 3 months I have been getting spam calls from CHW. I have been getting multiple emails and texts per week. They will NOT stop harassing me. Do not get embroiled with them. Today, I tried emailing their customer service number and it bounced. This is clearly a scam.

Buyer Beware
They are horrible! My mom is 80yrs old and she’s been paying for this warranty for over a year and she put the request in on 06/25/26 they came out 07/02/26, vendor says you need a new system and never came back because he says it was denied. So I called CHW and the claim shows approved, approved for what? And who is lying. Mind you it is over 100’ in Tucson, AZ and just lies. The vendor conveniently replied he will come out but not until 09/04/26. So let have her pass away because of heat stroke. Very bad business and cancelling and going to American Home Shield. Every claim of hers has been denied, shows approved but that just means the service claim is approved. Buyer beware!
The WORST!!
The WORST!!! I used to be with American Home Shield (AHS) but i switch because it was getting too expensive. So i have 2 rental properties and yesterday was Sears for A/C and the day before was Kenny-do-Electric for my other. You are unable yo get in touch with anyone and timings keep changing throughout the day. Then before you know it, they are saying appointment is at 9 pm. Well Kenny came at 9 pm and started yelling in the basement and left. He kept whining about how he had to drive 80 miles to get to appointment..like who drive 80 miles? I can't find his company on Google nor can i find a phone number. The tenant is a single mom. Well, yesterday was Sears and same thing..kept changing the appointment and finally canceled. Which i am glad. WTF!! I have never heard of contractors going into people's homes at 9 pm. According to Kenny, they just bid for the contract and they don't know Choice from Adam...it is ridiculous. I canceled but then they gave me two months free, but even free it is not worth it!!
