This company is the worst!!! They know they will deny your claim but will charge you $75 for a technician to come out. The technician writes ‘wear and tear’ and Choice denies it in minutes with ‘misuse and abuse.’ Their customer service is horrendous and insulting. Do NOT go with them!
I was able to sign up for coverage with ease and the representative Austin is his name was very thorough and detailed. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I was looking for a good company and prayerfully this is it. I will be back to review after I have had these services for a while. This is very affordable and it covers a lot for my home.

Well our garage door was not closing all the way down so I filed claim on 25th july, The tech after 4 days and diagnosed that garage door spring is broken, now choice home warranty company is not willing to repair because they saying that we are enough days with them and it is just not damage overnight but until 24th July our garage door had no issue, no wonder lots of their customer is not happy and writing bad review

Choice Home Warranty did not cover what was actually needed to repair the issue we were having with our AC unit. They denied the repair needed and the part needed. They only covered adding refrigerant to our AC unit. It is very frustrating to have a home warranty , have the things denied that will fix your issue and have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I paid the required $75 for the tech to come out and paid for the repair that was needed to fix our problem. I would not recommend Choice Home Warranty.

The issues was resolved and Frig was repaired and is working now
15 days with out hot water. The Tech they call has a one star on google review and has been non responsive for over 5 days. Told Choice we need some else and was told we have to wait on this tech to reply. No one can get hold of him. What Customer service!!!!

The service technician that came, checked our system and told us that it was no good. He purchased a new unit and assembled it. He was very professional.
The information was clearly stated and the price was less then half of what we were paying with another company. The person on the phone was polite and knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
The first tech couldn't make the contract. CHW reissued the contract and was picked up by another. My dryer was looked at and determined too expensive to repair. CHW issued me a credit card for Lowes and we purchased a new dryer. This is the third major appliance CHW has replaced for us. Grateful job. I highly recommend CHW.
This company is full of scammers! They are screwing one of my clients over saying there equipment was not serviced! I have been serving this address for years 2 time to 3 times per year and they contacted me to provide proof that was not enough for them! They are cruel and don’t care for peoples health my clients nearly 70 years old and disabled veteran and that doesn’t even touch there hearts! Shame on them beware don’t do business with this fraudulent company
Customers paying for this have no idea the warranty department is paid to deny the claims submitted, especially if your technician is knowledgeable and trying to save you money. Watch out
Our Maytag washing needed service and the tech came to our home and completed the repair with the part out of his van. No waiting, just repaired.
