AI generated

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently mention that the digital passes are extremely easy to use, highly convenient, and provide fantastic value for money compared to purchasing individual attraction tickets. Consumers also appreciate being able to securely book visits in advance, easily skip long queues at major tourist destinations, and smoothly modify their reservations whenever needed. However, some people mentioned encountering extra charges or unexpected financial costs at certain venues during their travels. Reviewers noted that paying additional money for specific upgrades or services made certain experiences less budget-friendly than initially anticipated.

10 out of 10 experience.

I pre booked my city pass, already knowing some of the sites I wanted to visit. This helped me to plan and organise my trip making the most of my time. It was smooth, no waiting times and I had the best time exploring the city. I highly recommend this as it was a huge cost saving measure! Lots to do for less for a reasonable price.

Toronto CityPass

The CityPass was a God send, easy to use, showed all the attractions in gave you access to, told you which ones required a booking in advance and allowed you to do that in the app. What could be easier. It couldn't have been any easier and kept me on track. The best thing about it was that it lasted 9 days from first check in so i didn't feel the pressure to get to the attractions in a hurry. I loved it and now ii've used it, i'd be inclind to use it every time.

I had about 36 hours to explore after a business trip, so I opted for the CityPass and it didn't disappoint. The app was super user friendly and allowed me to book and schedule my tours and even reschedule/cancel up to 30 minutes prior if I got delayed, without penalty. I booked the architectural river cruise, went to Shedd Aquarium, up in the Willis Tower, and to the Art Museum. In addition, I also went to the Navy Pier, Ohio Street Beach and tracked over 18 miles/45,000 steps seeing the city on foot. Chicago is beautiful, the streets are clean and the transit system is fantastic. Don't be scared to ride the subway or take the bus too. CityPass was well worth the value and I can't wait to visit the city again. Special tip: check out the Palmer hotel for a famous brownie and if you don't want to drag your bags around the city, you can check them at the bell stand for $5, even if you aren't a guest of the hotel. It made it so convenient!

We loved the technical Exporitorium

We loved the technical Exporitorium! The limited days of operation at the Disney Family Museum stung us and we had to do an impromptu substitution of Golden Gate National Park as a non-City Pass substitute. The Blue and Gold cruise lived up to expectations and Alcatraz was certainly worth exploring as an add on.
