I have had this program for years and it is awesome. I haven't used my computer in a while so I decided to reset it and use my backup and recovery disks and I chose to open them with disk drill after and I received a pop up from disk drill asking what I was doing when I crashed, I replied to them odd thing is they caught the crash as they messaged me they were on top of it. Then I woke up this morning with an email and was informing me to update with a link provided and also it was an amazing surprise they went above and beyond for me I appreciate you at disk drill and will definitely broadcast your great program and customer service.

Sent to this app by Apple as I had a faulty USB stick with files on it. Its NOT FREE, its a free scan but then they charge (which I wasn't fussed about) but they entice you in with a promise of £40 one off charge, until you start filling out the form then it jumps to over DOUBLE. Left it over night and slept on it, came to my computer today and nothing would work, have spent half. day doing a full reinstall of the OS Thankfully I had all my files backup on another USB stick

I was completely stressed out after accidentally fomatting my drive where i had my precious and very important files of over 1.5TB. After trying other recovery tools that just scattered my files into a disorganized mess of file extensions, I gave Disk Drill a shot. The scanning depth is incredible. Not only did it map out virtually my entire 1.5TB data pool sector-by-sector, but it completely reconstructed my original file system layout. Seeing my exact folder structure with their real names completely saved me weeks of manual reorganization. The interface is clean and scanning trajectory is spot on. I have tried others to recover lost and deleted files all made promises. But only Cleverfiles actually recovered my files. The fact that i could review and choose my files before restoring is a plus. I tried external hard drives and sd cards both successful with cleverfiles. Files I thought lost forever I got back.

Found a way to recover my 900 gb worth of critical storage Update- After paying for the subscription and starting the recovery process, it appears that my data was somewhat recovered, however some of the files that I desperately needed were not recovered. I am not a fan of companies making videos that pop-up first thing on your feed and suggests to use their softwares, only to show you at the very end that you eventually have to pay. Which makes you desperate in a "Oh since I'm here I might as well pay" however if it was disclosed beforehand it would've saved the time and hassle and possibly given me time to find an alternative solution that wouldn't cost as much as this subscription that will be used only once.

Daughters almost delete tragedy!
My daughter was at a friend‘s house and the friend was taking pictures with her digital camera and accidentally deleted the files. She messaged me in a panic. What do I do? How do I fix this? After a quick search, I found Disk Drill, seems to be the more effective program at recovering deleted files off of SD cards, hard drives anything that stores data. I decided the best path was to get the lifetime license, but I didn’t know if I could use it on more than one computer. I messaged them whilst I was on the phone with my daughter and in less than five minutes I got a response that I have three instances of the software and I can put it on any three computers that I own. As soon as I got that response, I bought the lifetime license and my daughter was able to recover her friends pictures to save the day from their gathering. Thanks to Disk Drill, my daughter‘s memories have been saved. I think this is an essential tool in your tool kit to make sure that if you delete something you didn’t mean to you have the ability to recover it. This comes highly recommended. Great product! Very pleased with Advanced Camera Recovery module, works well with diferent types of video files, mov/mp4 and mxf also. Very helpfull when you need to recover fragmented video files without file table, for example after formating memory card. In my case it recovered everything was needed.
Excellent Recovery Tool and Outstanding Support
I had an excellent experience with Disk Drill PRO and CleverFiles support. I accidentally deleted several 4K S-Log videos from my camera card and used the situation to test my recovery workflow. The Advanced Camera Recovery feature successfully restored all files intact, and they worked perfectly in DaVinci Resolve. At first, I was confused because the Online Video Repair service was asking me to pay despite having a Disk Drill PRO Lifetime License. The support team was patient, responsive, and helped me understand that I needed to access the service through the desktop application for my license to be recognized. The software is powerful, easy to use, and the support team is outstanding. Highly recommended for photographers and videographers.

Disk Drill is a wonderful program. I was able to save files from an old hard drive that had a damaged partition. It took a while, but Disk Drill even recovered files long deleted before the hard drive started having problems. On top of all that, Clever's customer service is outstanding.
