SENIOR PERMANENTLY DISABLED NEARLY STRANDED OVERNIGHT w DEAD CAR BATTERY & DEAD PHONE. CAN'T CHARGE PHONE BATTERY W DEAD CAR. As customer chose CC for Supposedly Excellent Customer Service Nov 2021 4yrs9mos. Yesterday 8/6/2026 102° car not starting outside biz I'd been to. Called Allstate Roadside which I PAY EXTRA TO CONSUMER CELLULAR SINCE NOV 2021 FOR MONTHLY. I called / and was called by Allstate Roadside from 6:03pm - 7:58pm almost 3hrs w umpteen calls w the rudest incompetent overseas agents telling me they cannot find a tow company in LOS ANGELES, CA??? Supervisor Chris / agents A. & Leeann said few times snidely, "You're welcome to find an outside tow company on your own, and pay them yourself. U can call 911, too." Abusive total disregard for a paid customer - as let them each know w each call - senior permanently disabled person in very crisis situation needing and requesting emergency roadside service, yet being absolutely blindsided by seemingly intentional refusal to accommodate by Consumer Cellular's partners for Roadside Services, after almost 3 hours while cell phone battery became depleted.

Some girl spent 4 hours trying to get new phone to work, told me I must go to Walmart to get it going. Called back and another guy come on and fixed it in ten minutes. Turns out you have to take SIMs card out of old phone and put it in the new phone. Your people did not know I had to do this step.

I switched from t-mobile because of very poor service in Osyka ms. Consumer said I would get good service in Osyka. My service is a little better but not as good as i was expecting. I get 1 bar of lte and sometimes i get 2 bars of 5g but it changes off and on

I honestly don't know if you're inquiring about my experience when I placed the order for a new phone, or the tech support I received to setup that new phone when I received it. Either way, the support I received was excellent. The reps I dealt with understood my concern and provided clear and accurate guidance to get me to where I needed to be.

I smart-switched my current Samsung Galaxy to a new supposedly Consumer Cellular Samsung Galaxy. I bought the phone from Walmart but didnt realize it was from a contracted seller. My current phone has Verizon & is on my daughters plan. Verizon service doesn't work for me where I live in WV. Switch went fine, activated the new phone, tried to buy a CC plan & it tells me "unable to purchase plan--must be BYOP ( bring your own phone). Thats what I did! This is my own phone ( marketed specifically as a CC phone) I just bought. I tried it both ways--- keeping my old # or getting a new #. Result is the same. What the heck am I doing wrong? It cant be this complicated

The whole experience was smooth and fast. I didn’t need any assistance because the website was very easy to use. I received my iPhone in just 3 days and had it up and running the same day after charging it. The phone was refurbished, but it looks and works like new. I’m very happy with my purchase and the overall experience with Consumer Cellular.
