We like the updated Iris easy flip phone. The hinge seems much more sturdy.

I was notified I had to be home to sign for my purchase, so I arranged my schedule accordingly. Then I was notified my order would arrive a day later than originally scheduled, so I once again made sure someone would be here. Then the morning it was originally scheduled to be here I got a notification it was out for delivery from a town ten minutes away and I had an eleven hour window for delivery. I once again rearranged my day. I waited all day before it arrived. I should have just got it at Best Buy and saved $150.00 and a lot of headaches waiting for a delivery. Even Amazon does better.

I switched to Consumer Cellular hoping for a better experience than I have had with other carriers. I am severely disappointed. My rates have steadily gone up. My service has not improved. My protection plan was cancelled when I used it the first time, and I did not learn about it until I needed to use it a second time. Don't bother making the switch. The service of Consumer Cellular is no better than Verizon or AT&T.

My salesman, Mark, was very polite and did not pressure me into anything I did not want. He helped me get my phone all set as I was switching from T-mobile to CC. He explained my bill and kept me informed during my visit of what I can expect from CC. I am very happy with my new phone plan and with my salesman Mark. I highly recommend the CC store in Bethel Park, and ask for Mark.

I messed up when setting up service on 2 phones. The service rep I spoke with was so patient and helpful. Once she had things straightened out she checked both phones to make sure they were working correctly. It was great to speak with someone in this country whom I had no problems communicating with. I think we're really going to like Consumer Cellular.

Switched from a multi line plan to a single line and was told I could keep my number and then was told it is not possible. Worst customer service.

Switched from Verizon which raised my monthly rate by $90 . Switch to Consumer Cellular was painless. Took about 15 minutes on the phone. Could have been less if I knew some info needed beforehand. The rep was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Everything went well and seamlessly. I am saving about $160 per month by switching. Have had no problem with service area or phone usage.

I called Consumer Cellular and received great help from a representative. She guided me through the activation of my new Iris Connect 2 phone. She was very courteous and helpful. The guidance included with the phone was not very helpful. I tried going online for help, but a request from the website to verify who I was went to my old phone! Thank God for human intervention!

We are two seniors and needed to reduce our cell phone bill and tranferred service from another major carrier. We cut our bill by more than half. We were very fortunate to have a nearby store. The rep was very nice and efficient. We did get a surprise when on the second day of service we were notified that we exceeded 5GB of data, which we never ever used even 2 GB with thr old carrier. AI explained that was due to background syncing of our account from the old carrier.
