It is so easy to do everything with this company. I never have to try to do things on my own, wait very long for anything, and the customer service is excellent. I only wish I had changed to Consumer Cellular long ago. The cost is reasonable and I had my doubts about switching companies, but I have had no regrets since changing.

There were a couple of glitches while choosing the model I wanted. The order got lost and then multiplied, so I had to redo it a couple of times.

The customer service person was wonderful!! I would have liked a bit more transparent talk about the monthly payments for the phone. I picked up the IPhone 17E. A bit smaller than the older 12 I replaced and the Android I dispise!! But I love it!! The transfer download doesn't work,but that's not a (You) issue. The 24 month payment will be perfect in this economy and the no interest too. Service is really good and battery is holding up. Your company is great,glad I joined

I like consumer cellular and their customer service is excellent. However, the activation of a new phone was a bit tricky and took more than one attempt. I couldn't do it alone and had to call for help in order to complete the process. My pictures never transferred over, but they are stored on the cloud, so I'm ok with that.

The customer phone rep was marvelous. Very patient and got both our phones transferred, and we ran into some glitches that didn’t faze her. She hung in there until it was perfect. I only regret I accidentally disconnected the call before I could thank her. I called my message back in so hope she got it.

I signed up with Consumer Cellular April 20th 2026 and switched over on May 29th. I called back to Consumer Cellular customer service numerous times I had two phones mine and my wife and we could not receive phone calls and a normal manner, sometimes you could call out sometimes you couldn't but they never could figure out why it wasn't working right. They promised me a second month free for signing up but instead of getting a free month they charge me $73, Towing for the month and a half of service $140. Stating that I didn't stay with the company the entire second month is why I didn't get it free as it promised me before. I could only receive and make consistent calls if I were at home using my Wi-Fi service, if I left my subdivision I had no service on either phones. There supervisor stated to me that I see you have been using the phone so what was the problem, they didn't understand that only time I had service was when I was at home, it was like I had to have a landline mobile phone to make any calls or receive any calls and that was not what I signed up for.
To many texts and emails. I was told I use 30 gigs a month and was told I have an unlimited plan. But I get told I am at 75% usage Why
Ordered a Pixel 10 via website, delivery in three days. Needed to call for activation, which was quick and painless. Thanks for the quick delivery to a live person!...PS: love the phone!...
dont know we see if we get no switch over and i dont feel i should be charg till i get my serverce
From the first agent we spoke with just to get information and pricing, etc. to the third agent with whom we signed up with, everyone was just wonderful to work with. Informative, knowledgeable, patient, and walked us through the whole process. We look forward to having our phone through Consumer Cellular. It is so easy to get in touch with someone and they are based here in America. A big plus!! You have great team members !!

The first phone came with the sim card uninstalled. I tried to install it a screwed it up. Second phone had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with a wonderful rep to activate phone. Esim. the whole process was not easy.
