The experience I had with this company was overall the worst. I ordered a half dozen of the jumbo crabs. I was sent 6 extra so a dozen was shipped. The extra wasn’t an act of kindness. Every crab I opened was “old” the crabs had absolutely no natural flavor, instead they were buried in seasoning to mask the crabs being old. Then when I requested to have a refund my request was refused. This company actually want me to trust them a second time to do what I paid them to do the first time. The quality from start to finish has been trash

We are a small business with lots of competition, so we always try to include extra for our customers as a token of our appreciation that they chose us. We are in the middle of a very busy season and crabs are going out just as quickly as they are coming in. Our customer service team offered a reshipment of the order at no additional cost to you or a store credit if you preferred to order something else from the menu. We still stand by this offer. We hope to come to a resolution soon!

Mediocre at best. These jumbos met the wingspan requirements, but were light as can be, very little meat and were sopping wet. Would not order again.

OMG the soft crabs were fantastic, our only concern was they did not arrive frozen solid. The size for the Whales were very accurate as described, maybe even a little larger.

The experience here at crab dynasty was that the crabs was really great and a lot of meet and the shrimp was great as well I which one of these crab places from Maryland could have corn on the cob along with crabs and have old bay on it as well Brian

Even though stated they are packed to last 48 hours we ended up losing a little over a dozen crab of our bushel order. UPS did deliver late (was supposed to be by 12pm but didnt show up until after 3pm).

We are very sorry to hear about the live loss in your order. The normal live loss is about 20%. It looks like in your order with 12/72 perishing it was actually below the expected 20% loss. We always include extra crabs to help pad some of the live crab losses for our customers.
