I had a Seafood Boil & Bake for my 60th birthday. The crab arrived at my home in SWFL the day that I requested. I purchased the Snow Crab pieces and baked them in my special seasonings and then served them at the party, chilled. They got raves. I then had the Snow Crab Claws the next morning for brunch. Thank you everything tasted fresh and was delicious.

I ordered half a bushel jumbo males and 9 turned out to be dead. I was hesitant to reach out since I did take the risk but after seeing their 20% policy I decided why not. Upon reaching out I got an email stating I was provided a credit. The service was smooth and seamless.

The crabs were good size although the live ones may have come slightly late but were edible as we prepared them the same day. UPS delivered later than expected. We haven't tried all the frozen ones but the texture suffers after thawing. In any case, we are experimenting to see what the best way to prepare them but so far I think a quick egg wash and flour with Old Bay will probably be what wins out.
