The frosting is very grainy, you can taste the sugar in the frosting, like it was not mixed enough.

I ordered traditional seasoning and I got heavy really really heavy I have ordered many times so this was off from my regular orders and was a bit over cooked but very unlike my regular experience

My order was handled well. They reached out with alternatives for Saturday delivery beings ups does not deliver to my home on Saturday. That impressed me because another place just canceled my order. The crabs were good. The only issue I had was the Styrofoam cooler was broken on one corner so the liquid that had accumulated inside leaked out. Making the bottom of the box soggy and started to give out. The crabs were still cold the cold packs were still intact.all in all a good experience and the crabs were tasty.
