The wheels and tires came exactly how I expected. They were packaged extremely well and shipped on time. The tires were balanced perfectly and everything was ready to be put on super easy.

Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
It’s as simple as pick your wheel & tire setup and press confirm order. I received my wheels and just installed them on my truck and it looks amazing! They sent me all the hardware needed to do so and ceramic coated my wheels for an easier clean. Very pleased with their service and will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs wheels!

I would recommend them to anyone. There was a wheel that had some scratches on it. They informed me of the issue before they were shipped. The issue was resolved. I was impressed with their customer service.

Overall, everything arrived in excellent condition with no issues. The headers, cold air intake, and tires were all in perfect shape, and I’m very satisfied with the quality. That said, after spending approximately $1,800, I was hoping there might have been some complimentary merchandise included, such as a shirt or sticker. Nonetheless, I appreciate the great service and product quality—this is exactly why I continue to purchase from your company.

Custom offsets provided excellent customer service and great price on the wheels and tires I bought from them. After researching on their website the wheels and tires I wanted, I called them to make sure I was ordering the correct setup for my car. They made a suggestion on the tire size that worked out better. I received my setup almost a week ahead of the original scheduled delivery time. I highly recommend Custom Offsets!
We appreciate the rating, and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!

I've made two purchases 1 from custom offsets and 1 from fitmentindustries.com and I have been 💯% satisfied with both the customer service is second to none the choices seem endless and they have my business for life and free mounts and balance with hunter equipment and the sets both arrived in perfect shape and the fitment well that was better than expected it's like they know what they're doing and stuff 😀 lol really couldn't suggest another company that could possibly do it any better again thank you for the outstanding service that answered my question and put me at ease to only have everything work perfectly. 💯 the best in the business. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
This can’t be the same company I dealt with. Address is the same though. Crazy how another major review company has over 800 reviews with a 1.6 ranking. Anyway, they are horrible and if a Nick answers the phone hang up. He is a great and cool salesman but after the purchase he is a ghost! Beware, this same company owns four or five different online companies. You can tell because the format is the same on each website. So, you think you are calling around for different quotes when in fact it’s ole Casper. Buy from a reputable dealer not a fly by night company.
