What people say

Demonia Cult is an awesome brand!

I have purchased from Demonia Cult a few times within the past couple years! I have a few pairs from them which include Bear 202(both Black and Pink), Neptune 100, Boxer 205(I actually got these from a different website) and some socks. The only issue that I had experienced with these specific shoes is that they are a little tight around my toes and the material on the soles are falling apart, especially for the Boxer 205. But other than those issues, I still think that Demonia Cult is an awesome brand! Thank you, Demonia, for everything you do!

My package was lost before it even left…

My package was lost before it even left the facility, yet the company sat on the issue for an entire week without taking action. DHL only generated a shipping label, but they never actually received the package. If I hadn't taken the initiative to email customer support myself, they would still be sitting on my order and my money would not have been refunded. Complete lack of proactive order monitoring. You have to chase your own money.

Why do people still buy from here?

Why do people still buy from here?? Because it's cheap?? 😓😤 C'mon.. I tried my best to submit this but apparently the only product I got a review email for years ago (or maybe I deleted more then) doesn't even exist on their site anymore even though they told me it submitted so I have to try to put this somewhere publicly lol. So. I bought some boots in probably 2023 and dug around for a review email just so I could say this to anyone weary/wanting to buy. These shoes I had to stop wearing not necessarily because of the material but 1 sole literally just snapped in half and the boot glue I use isn't good enough so had no choice but to retire them after only a few years (haven't worn them in a long while)BUT VEGAN LEATHER IS BASICALLY PLEATHER AND IS NOT GOOD ENVIRONMENTALLY (microplastics among other things)OR FOR LONGEVITY OF WEAR!!! It peels and cracks within a few wears &I've bought at least 4 pairs of shoes from this company and all but 1 are falling tf apart, only ones not are sneakers, some are 2020-21 age but I've only worn them all a dozen or two times literally. Really, really disappointed if I'm being real because I thought they'd hold up a little longer and it is not worth the price if you ask me,I am not someone to just throw things away so I'll have to figure out a way to cover or strip off the peeling pleather and sew a patch over or something,, but good luck to me with that because with the boots the pleather goes down the ENTIRE tongue 😭(but these are p much all "wear 1 time and never again" shoes unfortunately :( if you want something that holds up more than a few years max then invest in pre owned leather or other alternatives not labeled "vegan leather" 😬 doing research on these things is very useful!!!!) sorry not sorry. Do better y'all 🤢 ((I included pics and basically all the pu leather is peeling &one boot+ sandal broke, they literally put it on the underside of the sandal straps like how tf are we supposed to wear those regularly without the pleather peeling and sticking to the feet..just surprised not a lot have said this and I'm hoping it's just because most ppl review when they just get the item. Guess I've said my piece now, ofc more companies use shtty faux leather/plastic but the important thing is knowing what is used//what to look for so U don't waste so much &give these people more money like teen early 2020s me did👍🏻 we'll see how long these sneakers hold up once I actually start wearing them more x_x

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that our use of vegan and synthetic materials is a deliberate choice driven by our customers' strong preference for cruelty-free, non-animal products—not a cost-cutting measure. While we design our footwear to be durable, synthetic materials like polyurethane (PU) can naturally degrade, peel, or crack over time due to age, environmental factors, and storage conditions, even when not worn frequently. This is a known characteristic of synthetic materials over a span of several years. We apologize that these pairs did not meet your long-term expectations. If you would like to discuss your experience further, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team directly at [email protected]

Slow customer service for defective shoe

Love Demonia shoes so much and the experience can be good as long as there’s no issues with your order. However, it’s the first time I received a pair that had a defect in it so I contacted them asap. In their first reply, they said they don’t offer replacements and that they will investigate further in order to provide a solution. I’ve been waiting for over a week since then. I’ve followed up multiple times and there’s no replies in my spam folder. I hope they reply soon with a worthwhile solution. I was really hoping to wear them for a performance this week but I have no idea if I can especially if the solution requires them to be unworn but I’m not sure yet. It’s really such a pity that the service is slow :( EDIT: After 2 weeks of waiting for a resolution, I received an automated response saying that I've been refunded. Thank you.

Confirmed but no refund released!?

After returning the shoes of 2 pairs and trying to get a refund from them good luck! It has been weeks. I called plenty of times from the number provided and emailed no response. I will not be purchasing from them again. I feel like this site is a scam. I really hope it is not and will get a refund back.

DONT ORDER IF YOUR FROM THE UK!!

DONT ORDER IF YOUR FROM THE UK!! (This information is NOT clear on the website) £51 / $68 for a prepaid label is an absurd price! If you’re thinking of buying shoes, and you’re not 100% sure on them, just don’t. The shoes are extremely lovely and high-quality, but the price of the label is disgraceful, there’s many other alternatives stores based in the US that don’t incur THAT much fees for an international return. Just don’t do it.
