I have made my first order with them, I bought 2 watches from random sellers. One never even got shipped but then I opened dispute and seller accepted my refund within 24hours, like what’s the point of having the item on sale and don’t even ship it then refund that’s stupid what seller did. Other watch was shipped and I got problem with customs I had to make an invoice of the watch because sellers on DHGATE don’t even know how to declare and won’t provide any proof of the price, they set price low to avoid taxes. I had to provide documentation myself (seller didn’t help) but at end I got my watch the quality is amazing all functions work and worth the price. OVERVIEW: I did bunch of research and reading here basically DHGATE should improve their system because there are tons of frauds on dhgate and random sellers that get your items seized. Dhgate is not for beginners I’d say. I was probably lucky tbh in my case, sellers can be uncooperative and mean, DHGATE maybe take some hints and improve your service EDIT: Last time they got a positive feedback was on February 14th, they get negatives every day. Use the right seller and you will have the best quality and customer service.Ive ordered 7 football shirts for around £15 each off here and never any a major problem.some seller ship really fast and some ship really slow.most problems are from picking bad sellers so just find a good one on platforms like tiktok Instagram and reddit.you can also use spreadsheets made on tiktok which have hundreds of the best tested and reviewed items.

I have been having issues with sellers…
I have been having issues with sellers not sending the item. I am still trying to get a refund from an item I purchase 11-27-2024 and they said it was lost in mail. Still haven’t refunded me. Shipping doesn’t take 8-10 days it takes 4-8 weeks and longer.
