Amazing app, people who are complaining just needs to find a good seller. I have bought lululemon, jordan4s, ugg minis and van cleef and all were detailed amazingly, No one can even tell it’s fake at all. Was brought to this app by tiktok and found some good sellers off people who do hauls ect from dhgate. They always issue a refund/replacement when I have an issue.

I currently have 74 completed orders with over 250 items ordered. I have been ordering from DH gate since 2022. I have made 5 disputes which were resolved with no money lost due to items not being received. I am very pleased with the items I have received from appearance to quality. I just made sure I read reviews and use sellers with positive feedback. I have only received 2 items with poor quality of the hundreds of items ordered. Currently, I have 4 open orders in excess of $100 USD, which are late (beyond dates promised) which is my only complaint. Overall, the platform is working well for my needs.

I’ve purchased about 50 orders or so from this site. Some sellers are very proactive about communicating, and others I may never hear a peep or reply from. Regardless of this, out of all my purchases, ALL but 3 were successful! With the 3 there was 1 watch that arrived the wrong color & size. The other two were from the same seller, and the perfumes were very bad quality.
I’ve bought many perfumes, and they’re usually AWESOME quality! From the presentation, the cards that come in the box, the engravings, to the scent itself. The bags I’ve purchased were also all great! Dust bags, cards in the pocket, perfectly placed engravings. If you buy a specific pattern, the stitches probably WONT line up. But ya know.. that’s expected considering.. My Tip: definitely check the reviews! They tell you everything you need to know! Also review your orders as well, so others can better understand their experience.
Ps: all items take AT LEAST a month to arrive! So plan accordingly :)

Bought a jacket that came within promised 15 days. Although the price for the jacket was quite worth it, the detachable fur that came with it is of poor quality, and the zipper is quite hard to zip. However it is very warm and durable, so overall satisfied with the purchase.

Hi guys, I’m writing this review with my honest experience with DHgate. I first used them about ten-years ago to order some bits and pieces and a few of my bits turned up but some hats didn’t. Fast forward. I thought I’d try again on some shoes I liked. They’ve turned up today very quickly and efficiently. However, my advice to you is if you are going to buy from them, do you research on the sellers first. I looked on blogs etc to identify reputable sellers and this worked for me. Hope this helps!

Almost every order I have made with them has arrived. Been buying from dhgate since 2017. Biggest order was $14,000 on some dvds and everything arrived.
Lately I only place small orders. I recently had my first order where the seller never shipped. I got refunded pretty quickly and re purchased from a different seller and just got my order in the mail.
The one star reviews are probably from people who don't realize that if they are buying something branded, especially if they buy a lot (thousands or 10's of) that the chance of your package getting flagged is greater. And theres not much a seller can do about it.
