No problems with any of my orders so far. I wasn't sure about this app at first but I really like that they would hold the charges to your card until you confirm you received the items purchased, only then your payment is released.
I can't pay until I verify a card that I've used 8/9 times
I was really enjoying DH Gate, they have a lot of items for sale at good prices. But after making a couple of purchases my payments kept declining and I only found out when I went to ask them. Apparently I now have to verify a card that I've already used about 8/9 times, by emailing custom services with a picture of the card showing some of the numbers. Personally, I don't want to send pictures of my credit card to a random email. It's a shame because I was really enjoying the site, but noe I can't them anymore.

I’ve had an ongoing issue where I ordered size 13 sneakers on two separate occasions, but received size 9 both times. Resolving this problem has been extremely difficult, and getting a refund has proven just as frustrating. On top of that, reaching Customer Service is a challenge—you often have to wait a long time before anyone gets back to you, and even then, it’s usually through a delayed message. I hope this matter can be addressed more efficiently moving forward.

Great prices mostly great products but you must have patient delivery
Have ordered multiple things from this company’s vendors shipping is usually very quick but shipping time from out of country is as expected had only one issue in the past, but it was not the company’s fault. It was with my US local Usps I like the building blocks the mock kit and the transformer toys. Most of the quality is excellent.

Very legitimate I thought it was a little sketchy at first because it’s a foreign company, but after a couple of orders, I realized it’s completely safe and there’s nothing wrong with it. I’ve been using this website for a while and not once have they asked me to do anything sketchy and I feel very safe in starting my card information into the site. I would very much recommend using this if you’re looking for anything.

The Quality of items received is NOT GOOD. The sellers are awful to communicate back with and good luck getting a refund !!! SO so bad - its a shame - if they offered decent quality products and customer service they could retain many clients for the long term rather than 1 off orders.....
