Window Parts Replacement.
I was able to buy the parts I needed, which were for older windows, and delivery was quick. Best was our ability to install the new parts ourselves. The only thing I would change is to include some screws, as it's assumed you have the screws for the piece the parts attach to.

Your online catalogue was superb
Your online catalogue was superb. I ordered two window crank assemblies and everything fit perfect. Shipping was prompt and arrived damage free. Great place to shop
Great but disappointing
I would have expected the fasteners to be included with the hinges. The ones for the window are not the same size as the hinges and now I’m looking for replacements

The website was easy to navigate and choose the correct parts, which were delivered quickly and well packaged. Installation was easy because the parts were exactly the same as the originals; which were 35 years old. Well done!
