First rental experience with drivelah 👍

I made many mistakes during my first rental, and the team was very supportive in helping me resolve my issues. Jirah was very helpful in helping me end the rental, as well as answering my questions. Terrence was quick and clear with his responses, so I was able to resolve my issues today. Thank you drivelah team!

Efficient and Reliable Guidance

Very, very, very difficult process to list the car to rent. Because their app and website just don't have the features they say it has, and the staff gave contradicting information, such as how ERP charges are handled. Although responses are really prompt (kudos for this), a few of my questions remain ignored/unanswered, and no answers have been provided even after multiple reminder emails.
