Purchased power window kit for my 1955 Chevy Belair HT on 6-4-26 from Tom G. and he was very helpful and cordial. Just got the windows installed and the person that installed them is not knowledgable on adjusting them. They are going too far up or coming too far over. Called Eckler today for assistance on andjusting and the customer service agent Roosevelt could not get the technician to give his extension. He absolutely refused to provide the extension. Did not receive no technicalvsupport after a hefty purchase. Technical support did not exist today!!!!

did a google search for floor mats for my 1951 Chevy Styleline Deluxe... placed a order for a dark green set.. other vendors only showed carpet sets or stock rubber floor matting front and back.. hopefully get them soon since the web site said in stock.
I’m very disappointed that my order was shipped through Amazon. This was my first time ordering from your site, and I paid an $8 shipping fee only to receive an item that was fulfilled by Amazon. I could have ordered the same product directly through Amazon and received free shipping. This experience was frustrating, and going forward I will likely order directly through Amazon instead. I hope you can review this process because it does not provide a good customer experience.
Always have what I need at a decent price. Everything I have bought is quality parts not some scrappy imported stuff. Although some of the imported stuff has gotten much better.

Was told my seats would be here a month before a big car show. When it got close to the show they said another 3-4 weeks! Cancelled my order and got them CHEAPER from another site. I would never order from here again, they just lost a few thousand because of poor customer service. They are the most expensive site for corvette parts, shop around and get what you need cheaper from about any other site. Very disappointed and sick of hearing “I’m sorry”. Never again
