Expensify is modern and continuously being updated with new features. It's the easiest way I have encountered to submit daily expenses. Open the app, click new expense, and select your submission format. I use the camera 90% of the time and Expensify extracts the data from the image and submits the expense.

A colleague of mine taught me how to use Expensify and it was really simple. Compared to an older software we used which used a vpn to access. Expensify is really straightforward. I had to expense mileage, and it automatically puts the amount of miles in for you, it is mostly automatic and filling in all the gaps or details needed or relevant. There is tons of organisation and if I'm stuck I use the AI agent called concierge which is really useful. I would recommend using this software, it helps a lot and better than any old or outdated software's other companies use.
