Honestly, I don't trust the reviews here. Yes their system looks nice, it has lots of functions, both the AI and personal helpdesk both work well. They are friendly and patient.
But at the same time the system itself is horrible. I don't know how they do it, but in the last year I have waisted DAYS to get just the most basic things done.
And also, they have twice upgraded my plan with extra costs without any consent. The first time I took again lots of time to explain and they rolled back, but the second time I didn't have the energy anymore to ask it again.
So in the end it frustrated the hell out of me. I need a system that just works like it should, the logic is sometimes very far fetched, the system is not that intuitive... so you need a serious education before you can use it. If someone uses it every day, it could be fine but not everyone wants to to some course to just use a tool.
And they apologized too much to me to make it even feel for me well meant. I just need professional partner to work with which will do the job, so for me exit stage left.

I can’t imagine not using Expensify for my monthly expenses. They make it so easy by connecting to your bank account. All your transactions are there and it matches up your scanned receipts as well. They make it so easy!
