If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was the "trusted" florist site recommended by the Funeral Home. I ordered a day before the funeral and received a confirmation email. The day of the funeral, AFTER it already started, I received a generic apology that they couldn't fulfill my request. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I bought the money tree a few months ago. It is beautiful and grows fast. When I took care of it and water it, the small leaves waved a little, seemed to say “thanks”. Twice bitten. Two times I've ordered flowers via FTD, they have arrived late. Days after the "special" occasion. They don't honor the delivery date you choose. The only canned response is they've already been shipped. So, once again I'll be dusting the charge due to their deceptive business practices. I placed the orders in advance, chose the date of delivery. Their logistical and supply chain fail to meet the commitment. Totally unacceptable.

Once I got started the ordering wasn't that complicated. I tried to do a phone order but it was difficult understanding the salesperson. This turned out to be a better option for me.
