I would give zero stars but not able to…

I would give zero stars but not able to do that and leave a comment. I ordered flowers for a funeral that was out of state. Received a confirmation email that they were delivered. Unfortunately the flowers never made it to the site. When I called the national number had to go through AI bots to get to a person. After asking multiple times about the delivery, I was finally told a picture was taken where the flowers were delivered. I was not privy to this information and only given it after I declined to get off the phone until I receive that information via email - Which I never did. I was suddenly provided the tracking number for the delivery service and The photo confirmed the flowers were not delivered to the funeral location ( confirmed by other family present at funeral). I was in informed that they could not do a same-day delivery, even though their delivery contractor sent it to the wrong location. I was an offered a 30% discount and a delivery to the deceased person’s house the following day - completely inappropriate. Finally able to get a refund after not accepting this “offer”. Will not use again.

last minute funeral arraignment

Having to make a last minute order for an unexpected death was not in my days plans. Thankful because i was able to get flowers sent to a location that was deliverable to. I tried another well known website and they declined the zip code stating was not available for delivery. So thank you FTD for this time in need.

Skip the order gatherers!

I placed my order back in and was charged $19.99 for delivery. The local florist who made my order turned out to be a good friend of mine. Ftd pays only 10 for delivery while charging customers 19.99 or more plus tax and then pockets your money. Skip the order gatherers and order through an actual florist. If they do not deliver to where you want they have the same capability to find one that does for no extra charge. Plus you will get what you actually order and save probably $20

Forgot my sisters Birthday is tomorrow…

Forgot my sisters Birthday is tomorrow and I was concerned no one could get flowers to her on her special day. I was happy to see FTD made next day deliveries. Within in minutes I was able to complete an order to arrive tomorrow from the comfort of my living room.
