Was really looking forward to the bot, after all these good reviews. Being dissapointed and feeling scammed now. Have bought the 99$ option with cloud server. Unfortunately the bot is not working well. It has all the time some issues so You have to check up on the bot more frequently than You would on Your game account. No idea why the bot is named „good night” if You have to wake up every 2hours to check him up and fix. The support is trying already 1 week fixing it but with no success. Finally asked for the refund , as the support cannot fix the problem, and in the responsei was told that they will not do that. What more, when You buy the bot, You have to click that You tested the bot and its working, what can not be true because there is no trial for the bot on the cloud server. This is the way the avoid the refunds. Be careful guys and stay away from them.

No cancelation in sight
I canceled my subscription a week before the next renewal period was to charge me. They make you write a page long outline on why you are canceling. And after that they continue to charge my credit card. This is month two I've been charged for after cancelation.

Hey there, The subscription is cancelled automatically and instantly after clicking the easy "Cancel Subscription" button found in "My Account". You can also remove your credit card from the Payments Tab, or simply email us to cancel it for you. Any of these ways are accepted and upon cancelling, you will not be charged again. As stated in your support ticket, you did not cancel your subscription prior to renewal. You also could not provide a receipt, email nor any other sort of proof that you cancelled. We remain the largest bot provider on the planet for over 9 years with millions of subscriptions successfully activated and cancelled during that time - which is why all major credit cards and PayPal allow us to continue to operate with them. The bot is absolute trash
The bot is absolute trash. consistently underperforming and constantly doesn’t complete task. Customer service is also garbage. Not worth a penny.

The customer service is absolutely amazing. I had very little issues and when I did, I went to their website and hit the chat button and someone was There very quickly. I recommend this program for anybody with a busy life or wanting to spend less money on game purchases. If there are any problems make sure to message support. They are very helpful.
Scam GNBOT Whiteout Survival…
The GNBOT Whiteout Survival subscription is a scam. Only one trial feature seemed to work, while the rest didn’t. They even fought against my chargeback request. Avoid shady sites like this altogether.

We offered to provide a free setup for you to show exactly what you were doing wrong, however you chose to start a credit card chargeback instead. Do not buy the iOS/offline version
Do not buy the iOS/offline version, utter crap and way overpriced for what it delivers. The primary reason for a bot is to join rallies and it cannot even do that well or often. I actually watch it thru the windows desktop app and if it decided to go look at rallies, list as my top priority sometime it would open the rallies page the. Ignore them all and close and move to next function. It seems to ignore the timer and do what it wants. The amount of times I’ve opened desktop to find app closed is about 95%. It takes some mundane tasks and does them, others it stuffs up royally either due to poor programming or not enough choice in control
