Junk spent money hand over fist, there tech support is a joke. Create ticket create ticket no phone calls and only by email. After 6months still have zero rss and yes I paid for setup and accts from GnBots. Home don’t waste the money.

Knowing how difficult customer service can be I find these guys to be absolute gold in the support they are providing, the way they do it and the level of knowhow they have.
The GnBots customer support is awesome! They are ready, willing and able to assist the customer with the issues they may have. The support staff is great. They displayed great knowledge and patience with assisting me in getting reports opened on a couple of issues I was having. I am so completely satisfied that I have chosen GnBots for my gaming needs and highly recommend others to use GnBots too!
I've had trouble to set up the product, i'm not an expert. Their support guided me through everything and solved all my issues! Amazing product works very well & Support is top tier as well. Saves me tons of times IRL to not have to manage all my farms many times per day. Highly recommend if you want to save a lot of time !
its a scam, dont let you delet your data or cancel your sub until you pay another year and then they dont refund your money

After 8 years in business and tens of thousands of users subscribing and cancelling monthly without issue, rest assured that you are in good hands.
Remember, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button in the My Account page. At which time, you will not be charged going forward.

Nero was my support rep. They answered all my questions and really took the time to make sure I knew what to do. I'm now confident I can run the entire process myself.
Side note, I was really surprised that I got support so quickly. I'm sure they have off hours, but they replied back to my message for help within a couple minutes. Pretty crazy. Thank you again Nero and gnbots.
just installed i encountered some configuration difficulties with the emulator. Doubtful, i used the chat found in the software. Right away, i received a series of precise questions and answers for my setup.
Some of my mistakes, some improvements that i suggested and in a couple of days I found a software that works like 10 players.... and i'm still only using the 2 hour trial version.
i think the unlimited version will be amazing
I have been frustrated for a while not being able to get my bot to work like I needed it too. I literally spent hours today with someone working through every single issue I was having. They took their time to help me out and talked to me in a way that I could understand. Just when I was about to give up and cancel my subscription, they helped me get back on track. And yes it's for a game, but this is my de-stressor, and something I enjoy.
I had an issue with the bot not joining rallies. They were quick to respond and fix the problem. They followed up with me to confirm the issue had been resolved and if I had other concerns. Had they not followed up and asked, I would have just settled and dealt with my other issues, but they were also very quick to redone and answer my questions in detail. Excellent support!
Really the worst service ever. They keep selling their product for a game that they don't update anymore (Clash of Kings) without any warning for it. I bought the full year package, and then found out nothing works on the game i wanted to use it on. Skyland was not working, auto building was not working, researching was not working or working very poorly, they kept giving me solutions for the tickets i opened (and which they took DAYS to answer to) that didn't work at all. I wasted 10 days trying to get it working and nothing changed. At least they gave me the refund after i complained multiple times and opened 3 different tickets for the same problem.

A+ service. The customer service response time is truthfully in a league of it's own. I am so beyond impressed with GnBots and have been using them for a few months. I highly recommend this bot program.

Poor service and very disrespectful staff, all I was told was submit a ticket, submits ticket and so on every time we talked. I would not use this service and if you look at there 5 star reviews they are problems written by there selves. Totally refused a refund too so I am $100 dollars out of pocket! I advise use to not use. It worked perfect in the trial and soon as I paid had nothing but problems
