Based in US and as such there is no way to notify them if an order has not been delivered. No chat option for UK and no where on website is there a email address. Account options only give the option for a refund where you send back item..... Unable to select on drop downs that item has never been delivered. Think I will now stick to UK based suppliers.... At least you can get in touch.

I am greatly impressed by speed of delivery for my order of Nature's Answer Echinacea &Goldenseal Tincture, 30ml. It arrived within 4 days, day 1 of expected delivery date. As well as being very reasonably priced, compared to some sites, it was also well packaged. A Big Thanks to you all at iHerb!

Someone or more likely a team has worked on making every step in the sales process is seemless. Order entry, acceptance, packaging and delivery to Canada were all reported at each step. Honestly, having tried to purchase a product from a different company in the USA recently was a complete fail. Website worked but, no option for shipping to Canada. So while I purchased nothing, I've had over six,"automated," emails since offering products and discounts. My thought is that iHerb could well serve as a business model for how to get to market and keep customers. Not every product is ever going to be perfect for everyone but, we can all be better served if we can make things better without using Amazon first. I look at iHerb first for many products.

I bought two Organic India psyllium husks containers. They arrived without the plastic cap to cover and keep the containers fresh once the metal pull top is opened. I wrote to customer service and notwithstanding assurances to escalate and resolve this issue, they ultimately advised me to use the old covers from a previous container. Which I had thrown out before using the new one. Who keeps those?? This is not a solution. The psyllium is exposed to air and the absence of the plastic cover is wholly due to their error. They offered a $10 credit, which was nice, but of no use to me as, if this is how this company does business, I have no interest in buying anything further.

I just wish you would ship by UPS rather than Fedex since they give excuses for not being able to deliver here on Friday or Saturday so even though my items were shipped and due to arrive on Friday, I am still waiting for them! Ordering was easy fine though some products I used to get at Vitacost do not seem to be available anymore.

The item never arrived within the expected timeframe. If you’re planning to take your vitamins on holiday, be aware that delivery could take almost 4 weeks+. I contacted customer service through the AI chatbot, but it was not helpful and there was no effective way to communicate with a real person at iHerb. While AusPost may be responsible for the shipping delays, iHerb’s lack of customer support and communication made the experience very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from iHerb if you need your items by a specific date.

We use iHerb regularly and are always very satisfied with delivery, brand quality and freshness of products. We ordered our latest shipment early afternoon Sunday 7/26 and it showed up at our door Monday 7/27 before 8:00 am! You need to pay a surcharge for that service from Amazon even with Prime and prices from iHerb are often the same or LESS FREE shipping on orders over $25.00 with no membership fees.

First visit looking for Barry’s Tea online and came across iHerb while searching and purchased my tea. I then researched other products you carry especially supplements which I use quite a few of in my older age. Very impressive selection and prices. I’m bagging Amazon for Supplements as I never really know who the seller really is. With iHerb it’s not an issue. Once I start running out of my current inventory of supplements I am going to be transferring all of them over time to iHerb. BTW - Great website as well…
