iHerb is still my go-to platform for health products,fantastic selection and high quality every time. Orders sent from the US to France arrive in about a week, and customer service replies quickly. The only downside is Colis Privé for final delivery, as they don't take heat precautions during heatwaves. Overall, it's still the best marketplace around!

I dont suggest purchasing from iherb unless you want 40-50 plus advertisements per day. Reporting, blocking doesnt help. I have to factory reset everything...not worth it...buyer beware.

Transport, you have on site courier FanCourier, e verry good transport company, but delivery it is with romanian postal office, they dont deliver to adress, they sent message to pick up the package to their adress. This is in regards to my earlier review and I Herb's response. The order number is 944912140. Ordered on June 7th. One package of Bob's Red Mill Raw Buckwheat, two 12 oz. size jars of Artisana Raw Almond Butter. One of which was damaged. All that I am requesting is $17.90 for the one jar out of the total amount of $44.04. Since it was just the one jar of almond butter that was damaged all I'm requesting is $17.90 nothing more. I sent photos on your Google reviews site all you had to do was view them.

I like the frequent updates on the order status and also arrival date commitment. Dislike: 1) 20% of the cans were dented in some way. 2) shipping company delivered it to the wrong address and my neighbor brought it over and gave it to me.
