The fabric is beautiful, but the wait time is absurdly too long. I’ll likely not buy anything again for that particular reason. Customer service was ok, not quick to respond at times and the delivery service used could have been a bit more high end. All in all I am fairly pleased with the many prices I ordered, but I could have paid similarly and gotten them faster through a different furniture company.

Incredible Experience with Interior Define/Havenly
Several years after purchasing a sofa from Interior Define, we had an issue with one of the legs missing a brass cap. We asked customer service if they could help us find a replacement part. We received a reply from Riley on the same day and a solution the following day after we provided photos. They sent us a new leg which we received two business days later! Amazing outcome and totally unexpected. Superior support across the board. Thank you, Riley and Interior Define!
