Our team explained that every hair extension and ponytail includes a small sample weft in a separate compartment at the bottom of the tube. This is there so you can check the color, length, and texture before deciding whether the product is right for you. The main item is protected with a black seal that kindly asks to open it only if you wish to keep it. Once this seal is broken, we’re unable to accept a return because, as we work with human hair, we must follow strict hygiene rules to ensure each customer receives a completely new and safe product.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and never want our customers to feel let down. If you ever need help choosing the right shade or style in the future, we’d be more than happy to assist you personally.
These extensions are high quality. Since my first order, I've been very impressed. They last a long time and don't get damaged with proper care; the hair will last for ages. What I also really appreciated was that when I needed to make a change, their staff was always attentive, providing me with the correct instructions, and the process was very quick.
