HORRIBLE! The color I received did not match the photos or description at all! I reached out to customer service and their return policy is ridiculous. They say you cannot break the seal to return. The seal is the smallest little black sticker that I was unaware of because its so discrete! Hair is unworn and in the same condition I got it in. Sent them pictures and all and they are not doing anything to help. I even reordered the color I needed from them and they still wont help me out. Do not recommend. The second color also did not match and I had to dye it.

I’m honestly so impressed with these clip-in extensions! The quality is amazing — the hair looks and feels exactly like my natural hair. The color (Rooted Beige Highlights) blended perfectly, and no one could tell I was wearing extensions. They’re very soft, full, and lightweight, so they don’t feel heavy on my head. The clips are strong and secure but still comfortable to wear all day. I also love that they can be styled with heat and even dyed if needed. They add beautiful length and volume without looking fake or bulky. I’ve received so many compliments, and people think it’s my real hair. The quality of the extensions has been the worst quality I’ve received unmanageable don’t hold a style. Very frizzy does not feel soft and sleek. Not even an hour of wear and they act and look like it’s time for a new set. The only plus was their weft clip ins are very smooth and flat laying. I desperately wanted to return them and their service was horrible didn’t offer anything and apparently after photos submitted and explaining what i went through this batch is apparently “up to their standards and expectations”

BUYER BEWARE I have worn professionally installed tape-in hair extensions for over 10 years, so I understand exactly how quality human hair extensions should look, feel, and perform after installation and washing. What I received from Irresistible Me was shocking. Even at a discounted price of over $300 for two packs, the hair behaved like bargain-level extensions almost immediately. Within day one of installation, extreme matting and dense nesting began forming at the nape of my neck. I could brush the hair completely smooth, and within minutes it would tangle and ball back up again. This is not normal wear. This is not maintenance related. The hair was noticeably dry straight out of the package, and after a single careful wash using professional extension-safe products, it became fuzzy, even rougher, and continuously matted throughout the day. I have never experienced extensions nesting like this — especially within the first week — in an entire decade of wearing tape-ins. There were also serious quality concerns visible in the hair itself, including white/gray hairs mixed into dark brown extensions and colored thread-like fibers embedded within multiple sections of the hair. At this price point, that level of quality control is ridiculous and unacceptable. The extensions became essentially unwearable in less than one week, meaning I now had to pay my stylist again to remove and replace hair that should have lasted months. Customer service was equally disappointing. Despite providing photos showing the condition of the hair, responses focused on generic care instructions and repeated requests for packaging materials that had already been discarded during professional installation. A refund was ultimately refused due to the purchase date — even though defects in extensions cannot reasonably be discovered until they are installed and worn. Offering a small gift card toward purchasing more of the same product is not a resolution. After spending hundreds of dollars on what was marketed as premium human hair extensions that failed almost immediately, and after multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company, I have serious concerns about product quality control and how customer complaints are handled once a sale is completed. I am now pursuing resolution through formal payment dispute and consumer protection channels so the product and transaction can be independently reviewed. Consumers investing significant money in extensions deserve transparency, consistency, and a product that performs as advertised. I ordered a hair topper and human hair wig. Spent almost $500 all together. Complete and utter waste of money. They were both so poorly made it was ridiculous. The wig smells and looks like horse hair. This company is a crook. I'm not even going to go through the bs hassle of returning. Lesson learned.

I purchased irresistible Me real hair extensions. They lasted about a week. I dont curl every day maybe one or twice a week. The ends dried up and look very bad. Put hair oil on it and nothing seems to bring it back. I have been wear extensions for a long time abd these are the worst.

The company seems very disorganized and not very responsive to customers. Having a lot of trouble making returns. And, there’s no phone number where you can speak to them. I’m a new customer and also new to hair extensions. I’ve ordered three different extensions now and the color on none of them has been right, even though I got a recommendation from their Chat program. They say color matches guaranteed, but that’s not my experience. I want to try another color with some additional consultation. However, I need to send back the three I’ve ordered so far. I sent the first return email 30 days after receiving the order. There was back-and-forth, with them asking for photos. I sent them. They said they emailed me the return label. They did not. I also sent an email for the second order for a return. They still have not sent me a return label for that. Instead, they’ve sent me two return labels for my third order. I have over $400 in hairpieces. I need to return before I can try another color. It is past the 30 day return limit on my first two orders, however, I sent the first emails saying I wanted to return them within the 30 day limit. They could’ve had a great new customer in me as I’ve always wanted, thicker, longer hair, and I love their products themselves, if we could get the color right. I’m finding the whole experience with them. Frustrating and confusing. Do not trust this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY? Colors are no where near what they look online. And when I wanted to return they asked for pictures, when I opened to show the u touched hair- I was then told I couldn’t return.

I'm only giving a 2 star because they felt, curled, and looked like real hair with perfect color match. Other than that they are a waste of money. You will shed shed and SHED so much out becomes annoying and there is no hair left. They were thin to begin with even tho i got the thick ones. Don't buy. Bellami is my go to. Irresistible Me sent me the wrong color. Yes, I opened it bit did not touch it because I could already see it was wrong. The policy they have in place is completely ridiculous. I didn't even want a refund, I asked for an exchange but because I opened it I cant have either. Im at a complete loss. This is terrible customer service. I ordered rooted blonde and received blonde with orange looking highlights. 😣
