I have been ordering my hair extensions from Irresistible Me for over 10 years. This is by far my favorite and only place I have ordered them from since I discovered them. The quality is just so amazing and they last me for so long (and I wear them daily!) Compared to other extension brands, these blend in soooo well with my hair and, like I mentioned, they last long! I love the fact that we can order regular volume or extra volume. Throughout all these years, only 1 time did I have an issue with my received extensions BUT Irresistible Me customer service was sooooo kind and helpful and helped me resolve my issue! I truly am one very satisfied customer with this brand. I will never look elsewhere. (I usually order the clip-ins, but I think soon I will try the hair topper and halo) ❤️

I thought this company had a good reputation. So i ordered extra volume hair extensions. Washed them and they were not soft very dry. I couldnt run my fingers through the hair without it getting tangled and causing breakage. I have bought alot of hair extensions and this hair ia definetly not human hair. This is the worst hair i have ever purchased. I paid around $300. I left a review with no response from the company. Dont buy this hair!!

The quality of the hair is exceptional as well as customer service. I had previously been getting my extensions from Donna Bella. The last set was terrible and matted immediately. After a lot of back and forth with the company, they finally agreed to refund my purchase price after I mailed back the bad hair to them, on my own dime. My hairdresser was appalled at state of the hair after I wore it for 3 hours. So I was also out the $700 to have the old ones out and new 'bad hair' put in. Irresistible Me is my go to for extensions as well as my hairdresser.

False advertising! Product advertised was a 14" 100% human hair wig. What I received was a mangled mess that, in some places was over 24" long and is NOT human hair! The back of the wig is so thin that, no matter how I tried, the wefts showed through the thin wisps of hair. This business needs to be shut down!

Unfortunately, in your case, the photos we received show the wig only after it had already been washed with clarifying shampoo, vinegar, baking soda, and Dawn soap, which makes it impossible for us to evaluate how the product actually arrived to you or to verify the concerns regarding length and construction. We'd also like to take a moment to clarify how our products are made. Our wigs and extensions advertised as human hair are indeed crafted from 100% human hair. However, to achieve the final color, texture, and style we offer, the hair undergoes chemical processing, coloring, and styling during production. Because of this, the hair requires extra care compared to untreated hair. We strongly recommend avoiding bleach and harsh chemicals, using low heat settings when styling along with a heat protectant, opting for gentle, hair-friendly dyes if any coloring is desired, washing only when needed with sulfate-free products, and providing extra moisture through conditioning masks and leave-in treatments. The treatments you described, particularly clarifying shampoo, vinegar, baking soda, and Dawn soap in succession, are unfortunately very harsh on already processed hair and can strip the cuticle, leaving the hair dry, tangled, and difficult to manage. This would also prevent any color from bonding properly, regardless of the hair's authenticity. We genuinely stand behind the quality of our products when they are cared for according to these guidelines. I ordered hair extensions following a colour match service, but while they were in transit I realised they weren’t going to blend well with my hair. I contacted customer service in advance, as I was being charged £65 in customs fees, to ask if I could refuse delivery. I was told I would still need to pay the fee and then return the parcel. When the extensions arrived today, I opened the package purely to find the return instructions, only to discover that the security seal which must remain intact for a return had already been broken. This now means I can’t return them at all. The colour doesn’t match, I’ve paid £65 in customs charges, and I’m left with a product I can’t use. The fact that the seal was already broken, effectively preventing any return, is extremely concerning. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
