Halo hair extension clips fell off or easily come unthreaded, emailed them twice about getting replacements I was emailed once and nothing after that, emailed again and no response. Highly disappointed for the price I paid, I will NEVER buy from them again!!!

The hair was a perfect match. Price was on point shipping was on point. My 14-in seamless tape and extensions came out of the package and we're beautiful. By the second time I wash them they became a tangled dry corse mess. There is no amount of oil or conditioner that will restore them to their original Beauty. They don't hold a curl either.... they never really did even out of the package. The curls would last one day but the second day they were gone. You can't leave a review on their website. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I purchased a human hair wig in November/2025. I purposely waited to review it. At first, I LOVED it. The curls stayed in for a long time. It was way big, but I took it in, as I am able to sew. When it finally came to updating the style. It was NEVER the same. I used great shampoo, conditioner and appropriate oil on the ends. I barely used any heat. It looks and feels awful. Like cheap human hair wigs that use discarded hair. I am SO unhappy with it. Yes, the sale price was cheap, like $300 ish. But the “original” price was close to $700.00. I wish I could give it back. I will never purchase another wig from them ever again.

If you’ve been wearing hair extensions for years, I do not recommend. I say this because I have 19 years experience with hair extensions and these are horrible. I usually use another brand (I will not mention the name, but they’ve been around forever and the name starts with a B), but they were out of what I needed so I tried this brand because I needed new extensions for an event. I wasted about $350-400 on these hair extensions from this site. PROS- it’s clip in hair extensions lol CONS- the wefts are awkward. There’s five 2-clip wefts that are so thin in can see through them, and two 1-clip wefts the same. And then one 4-clip weft that is so thick and chunky I have to wear it under my occipital bone or it sticks out of my head weird but 4 clips is too long for that area so it’s just awkward. The hair itself is horrible and cheap. It’s constantly tangly, with no shine to it. And it was like this from the first wear. I do not sleep with them, no exercise or adult activities with them. I literally just wear them for work and going out so there’s no reason why they’re so tangly. I also paid extra for the “thicker” set but there was no weight sizes listed for comparison. The other brand I use will tell you 160grams 18” or 240grams 22” etc so you have an idea of what you’re purchasing beforehand. I have dark hair so it’s the darkest brown and not bleached but it feels gross, dry, tangle, matted. Just horrible extensions. I will never order these again and if you’re used to a higher caliber of hair, don’t waste your money, you’ll be so disappointed. The price of these extensions is way overpriced for the quality. The quality I would compare to $40-60 clip ins from Amazon, I’m not even kidding.

I immediately emailed Customer Support to alert them that I didn’t receive my package. It’s quite urgent as I’m using my hair extensions for my Son’s wedding 💒. Andra coordinated with me and went above and beyond to help me with my order. When we confirmed that my package was lost/stolen, she immediately replaced my order and provided me with the tracking number. I couldn’t thank and appreciate her more as time is of the essence to receive the order in time for my Son’s wedding on June 12th. I’m yet to receive the replacement but I’m grateful beyond words for Andra’s swift action and coordination. I have used Irresistible Me (IM) clip on extensions in the past and for me, they’re the best in the market! Again, my sincere thanks and appreciation to Andra for working with me from start to finish for my lost/stolen package! These are by far the worst clip in hair extensions I’ve ever worn and I’ve been wearing clip in extensions for 10+ years. I’ve only had them for a month and a half and already had to dispose of them due to tangling, dryness, the clips falling off the wefts and cherry on top, one weft completely ripping in half when I was taking them out. I also got the extra volume ones and they were the thinnest “extra volume” set I’ve ever received. These are supposed to last around 6 months especially because I know how to take care of them but $400+ for a month and a half? I should have just stuck with Bellami hair extensions. Lesson learned.

as soon as i received my hair clip in extensions they were the wrong color, all i wanted to do was EXCHANGE for the correct color! it is like trying to reach GOD himself as i keep getting AI generated emails and they never address the issue i have sent them the photos as requested of the hair tube and shipping label but they have yet to send me a return label so i can return to get an exchange it is a back n forth deal of emails and NOT ONCE have they sent me a return address label so now i am stuck with the wrong color of extensions i am sure they are making lots of money but NOT adhering to their no hassle return policy do NOT order from this company you cannot call either no way would i ever recommend this company piss poor service

This is about order 532128. Not only the quality is aweful but now my refund is being held hostage. I sent hair back right after seeing the quality of the tester piece which was horrible. Cuticles not facing same direction, shedding, different texture hair and very high ratio of short hair. I ordered clip in extensions on 4/30, got my order on May 4th and decided to return it without opening main compartment because the tester piece looked terrible. So I shipped it back to them on May 5th. Thanks to dysfunctional usps, my return was delivered on May 12th. Since the hair was not opened or touched, the refund should've been processed very fast. Well, it's May 23rd today!!! 11 days passed and no refund in sight. I reached out to them on May 19th and was assured that my refund is processing and I need to give it 3 days for it to get posted by my bank. Nothing has been posted. Not a darn thing and nothing is pending. Very frustrating. I need my money back. Do not buy from this company. Also, there is a stupid membership trial that they make you sign up for and that fee they will not refund! Now, you can order their defective products on Amazon, where they will not hustle a non refundable membership fee out of you. Customer service has been responsive except to my last message yesterday where I questioned them why the refund has not posted like it was promised. Stressful and frustrating. What kind of business are you running that it takes longer than 2 or 3 weeks to process a refund for an unopened, completely sealed item??? If I don't get my refund by May 26th, I'm contacting my bank and will get my money back that way.

I love these wigs. I have 2 HH wigs from Irresistible Me and couldn't be happier. My head is right between average and large. Average is tight and large is too big. The cap on the Irresistible Me wigs is very adjustable and fits perfectly. The hair texture is very close to my own natural hair. I always had very thick curly hair. This hair is similar thickness and beautifully styled. I get compliments from strangers and friends when i wear it out. No one realizes it is a wig. I would like a few more options in grays. I'm 60 and fully gray naturally.

I just received my order today (16”invisible clip-ins) and although I received them pretty quickly, the color was almost exact and quality of hair is great, the pieces are so extremely thin. I’m big on clip ins and have used for many years, but I can’t say I’ll buy this brand again because of how thin they are. Even using all 7 pieces, it’s very noticeable that I have extensions in, looks like a mullet. Very disappointing. Best of luck to others. I wanted to love these.

These are designed specifically for thin, fine hair, with the weight distributed so the wefts stay flat and undetectable rather than adding bulk, so if your hair or styling needs a bit more volume, they can end up looking sparser than expected. It sounds like the Classic Volume set may have been a bit light for what you needed. I purchased the clip-In volumizer weft and I absolutely love it! I use it mainly to fill in my ponytail, which got thinner with menopause. The hair is excellent quality and the color match is perfect. Customer service is also very good. I already purchased a seamless set of clip ins.
