Sam, who helped me extend my insurance service. She was kind, patient, and very supportive throughout the process. She made sure everything was completed correctly and stayed on the call the entire time at my request to ensure the process was finished without any issues. Thanks

I’ve had a great experience with ISO…

I’ve had a great experience with ISO Student Health Insurance. The plans are affordable, easy to understand, and actually built for international students. Anytime I had questions, their team was quick, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’d definitely recommend ISO to other international students.

Highly recommend ISO for their customer service

I would highly recommend ISO, especially when you don't know much about the US medical system. I cut my finger when cooking the other day and reached out to ISO on wechat, trying to find a ER. The customer service rep immediately warned me how ER and urgent care is different and how ER could be really expensive. They even called the urgent care for me because I was so in pain. Really caring and professional service!
