After reading positive reviews about people ordering shoes, a veil and shawls I ignorantly ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses from this company. Not only did they assure me that they would arrive before the event as I ordered months in advance, they assured me a full refund in the case this was not fulfilled.
FLASH FORWARD TO NOW:
Jjs house did NOT contact me I contacted them to follow up where my dresses were a week before my event. The robot live chat team sent me a message about a delay in production due to everyone in the factory contracting CORONA VIRUS. yes, you heard that CORONA VIRUS. Not only was this distressing before the event, but I no longer wanted the garments. I spent a total of £131 on dresses and they refused a refund. Instead, they proceeded to tell me that the garments will be cleaned for me????
I am looking into the removal of the companies website, the section of the company I dealt with was absolutely abhorrent. I am of the understanding that the whole company is not like this. IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK. I am seeking every legal avenue possible. Best believe I am getting this money back, for principle.
I cannot stress enough how disappointing this company are. Not only are they extremely incompetent but they are also rude, lying thieves. I paid £32 which should of meant my two bridesmaids dresses arrived within 5-7 working days. Low and behold 2 months later I am still here waiting. I ordered a Veil from jjshouse- it was delivered on time and is of a good quality. Their prices are good. However I'm not sure I feel confident enough to order my bridesmaids dresses from here - would probably be OK if all of your bridesmaids were a size 6 and tall like the models.They do have a lovely range though - and just in the colour I want! But with current coronavirus issues I'm not risking it - even though my wedding isn't for 6 months.
I am trying to cancel my order as it is not going to be delivered before my wedding. One of the support team confirmed my order wouldn't arrive until after the date promised and time specified when I placed the ordered. I have been told so many different lies by JJs house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM!!! I have been robbed of 360 euro and have no bridesmaids dresses, so upsetting!!
Blissfully unaware of these reviews, I ordered a dress in January from JJ's House for a wedding on February. Paid for expedited shipping.
I contacted customer service when I noticed that the dress hadn't shipped on the date stated. Was told that it would ship in the next two days. All good, I thought! Will still arrive in plenty of time...
Two days later, no shipping confirmation. Contacted customer service again to be given a number of irrelevant excuses about holidays and coronavirus. I say irrelevant because even customer service admitted everyone had been back to work for a week already. I was then told that my order would not arrive until mid March. I explained this was no good to me and asked to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Customer service immediately agreed and I received an email confirming. Again, all good...although did wonder why they steadily refused to confirm a date for refund.
Four days later, I received a shipping confirmation. Immediately contacted customer service to ask why? Response was, item was cancelled so it shouldn't have shipped, we don't know why.
I then received an email apologising for the delay and explaining reasons for delay with an expected delivery date of 22nd February. Completely ignoring my query.
Since then, I have been caught in back and forth emails where the company have steadily failed to acknowledge their error and refused to issue a refund - saying they can't as the order has shipped and blaming the shipping company. They have stated that i may get a 40% refund when the dress arrives.
I have now commenced claim action against these absolute crooks. It's about time this company was investigated.
BTW, JJ's House if you dare to respond as you have below to other reviews stating that I didn't provide order information, I will post screenshots of all conversations across the internet.
P.s. No dress yet... I'm not holding my breath.
So disappointed so far with JJsHouse, I would not recommend ordering from them. Their online chat team are friendly and responsive, although seem unable to actually help with the order enquiry. The date for delivery has been pushed back already, and is now getting too close to our wedding for the order to work. I can understand they are having delays due to circumstances beyond their control - but given the long lead time, they should be able to cancel and refund the order promptly. I raised my ticket 10 days ago and am still waiting for a reply :(

Chat does not work. Several emails sent with no response. Paid extra for immediate dispatch. It's been 4 weeks and nothing. It suggests that the dress will not be dispatched until the middle of March. Total rip off I very much doubt we will ever see our money back either. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Please do not make any purchases from this website. They run their business in an appalling way and have no respect for the customers who keep this sham of a company in business. I purchased some shoes on Sunday night around 11pm only to wake up and cancel the order on Monday at 6.30am, primarily because after sleeping on it, I felt unhappy with their returns / refund policy. In spite of at least ten emails which set up a ‘Ticket’ with my correspondence and confirm they will respond within 24 hours, AND at least six hours spent across this week live chatting, I have heard nothing. Funds have been taken from my account even though I cancelled the order within seven hours of purchasing. I am furious and appalled at how this brand treats its customers and does business. I have logged so many complaints and have been completely ignored. I am now logging a merchant dispute with my bank to recover the funds and am posting across as many review sites as possible to raise awareness of this business and it’s enormously fake facade. I urge any consumers considering making a purchase to stop and look elsewhere. I have no idea what their products are like (although I see very little that is positive across review sites) but the manner in which they treat their customers is enough to advise anyone not to go near it. Please do not purchase but find an alternative.

They sell products that do not match their pictures and with a real poor quality that has been made in China.
When you complain, they say they will give you 50% of the money back if you return the product (so they can sell it again) but they then claim it never gets to them, despite it being signed for by their scumbag staff with a illegible signature.
Charge back worked for me and I got my money back, but I'd recommend that you never even interact with this scam of a company

I order a pair of sandals for my wedding, measure my feet to the size they said, sandals came & didn't fit.
they offered a discount to keep the sandal & made it sound very difficult to send them back. After confering with them about sizes i decided to go the next size up & take the discount because it seemed very hard to return.
the same exact size came with a different label on for the next size up!!!

because both pairs were wrong which was down to them i said i wanted a full refund.... they refused, eventually they agreed to refund the sandals less postage again, i returned both pairs.
they refunded me £6 for 2 pairs of sandals...... nearly £50 including cost of shipping (3 lots of shipping at my expense when it was their fault!!!)..... so £6 is an utter insult..... they ripped me off big time!!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of dance shoes in December. Although the delivery was a little slow, I put this down to the season. I am very pleased with the shoes and am ordering more.
I bought two pairs of ballroom dance shoes from jjshouse and The straps broke on both pairs the first time I wore them.
I also purchased two pairs of practice dance shoes at the same time same size ordered one pair fitted perfectly the others were too small!
Won’t be using them again!!!!!
I placed an order for 3 dresses which was over £400, and then wanted to cancel because I realised the dresses would not arrive in time for the event they were for. When I contacted JJ’s House, they informed me that it was not possible to refund me or cancel my order (even though I emailed very quickly after placing the order). They told me my option was either to not receive the dresses (and still be debited) or they could send the dresses as planned. I emailed them back saying on their website they DO offer refunds so clearly they are misleading customers.
They offered to do custom fit (with no extra charge) so we decided to do that in the end as we had no other choice really. Only one dress fitted properly, the others didn’t fit and weren’t as in picture.
Poor service and won’t be ordering again. A decent company would refund and not trick you like this.

Don't hassle yourself with this company on the off-chance that you might find a dress that anywhere near replicates the stunning quality presented in their, likely heavily edited, photos of the dresses. The postage is expensive even if you do like the dress. If you find you do not like the dress, the returns process is seemingly deliberately difficult. It was roughly four messages in on their message terminal after requesting a full refund that they sent me the returns form, and unfortunately I had already sent the item back to the 'return address' that came with the item in the haste to meet the 7 day max return policy (add to that the fact you have to pay postage again). Apparently this is the wrong address, so they refuse to give me any refund. Plus they said that I will pay any customs fees that arise - great. The company is based in Hong Kong, so I don't know how likely it is that I'll ever see that £120 again.
Bunch of roberry they took £41 from my account when the shoes cost £21. Due to faulty on the shoes I sent it back, but they didn't refund me in full. I just received £17.00 . Seriously!??? Miuxxx

Ordered a dress for my grandmother, dress arrived in good time but a week had lapse before I got my grandmother to try the dress. The dress was discolour and looked very cheap for the price and it didn't fit properly. I was unaware of the 7 day return policy as most companies offer atleast 14 or 28 days return. Tried to get a refund but was offered a discount on my next order or 10% refund. This was shocking as 10% couldn't even pay to alter the dress. Never ordering from this company again. Dresses do not look like the pictures and not fit for purpose.
