I had ordered flowers from another business and though they were already paid for that morning, that afternoon they sent an email saying they did not have the flower in stock. Since this was for a funeral, that left me in a bind. So I reached out to Just Flowers and they took care of it. They did replace the flower with a nice option so I was still pleased overall.

I needed a coffin spray, short notice...within 36 hours the most beautiful flowers were delivered. Just flowers is Very professional. I placed my complete order on line. I was sent a receipt and an invoice number. They reached out to me via text. Provided the invoice number. I called, and they confirmed every detail with me over the phone (except payment). Once they received verbal confirmation from me, they charged my card. Again, very professional. Many thanks!

They do not deserve even 1 star. First of all, they are misleading as they are a third-party vendor. They did not deliver flowers on delivery date; next day they couldn't confirm the flowers were not delivered as they could not reach the florist they used. They called the recipient of the flowers to ask if she received the flowers she didn't know were coming and she didn't. They want me to wait until their florist calls them back to refund the purchase????? They are the most backwards and unprofessional organization I have ever worked with. RUN from their website and find a real florist who is local!

We would give this company negative stars if we could. Ordered the Citrus Kiss Floral Arrangement for our DIL that had a miscarriage. We upgraded to the Premium largest bouquet which stated - "We'll add lots more! The premium arrangement makes quite a statement." It was a complete embarrassment the arrangement they sent. Looked nothing like the advertised photo with only a few flowers. When calling Customer Service, they would not listen, completely overtalking and trying to pass it off the 3rd party vendor and their disclaimer that often they have to use substitution flower. Not only did they use substitutions, but failed to include over half of the flowers. They tried to appease by offering a $10 credit. Money doesn't suffice when it comes to family and dealing with an emotion situation such as a miscarriage. Do NOT use this company!! Item Code: 1604-6043-2201-2345
The order called for a vase arrangement containing White and yellow roses with green carnations and green button mums arranged compact in a clear vase with a line green ribbon white montecasino and greens, priced at $89.99 for the arrangement. Please note that our website explicitly states, "Flowers are designed to be delivered as close to the arrangement pictured as possible." Additionally, our substitution policy is clearly outlined both on the website and in the order confirmation email sent to the customer after the order was placed. On 06/22/2026, the customer emaied us claiming that the arrangement delivered did not match the one ordered and requested a replacement, a callback, and a full refund. We immediately contacted the local florist to investigate the concern. The florist confirmed that substitutions were necessary to complete the order on time. The arrangement delivered included ''yellow roses, white roses, yellow spray roses, white spray roses, Bells of Ireland, and green dianthus as a substitute for the standard green carnations", while maintaining the overall style, color scheme, freshness, and value of the original arrangement. We reviewed the customer's submitted picture and found that the arrangement was delivered in fresh condition, with no visible signs of wilting or damage. The substitutions made by the florist did not diminish the overall value or quality of the arrangement and were fully consistent with our substitution policy. While the arrangement differed slightly from the website image, it remained substantially similar in overall appearance and presentation.

Second time I used them to delivery sympathy flowers, and both occasions were disappointing! This last time, flowers were ordered and confirmed delivery last Friday, only to find out late in the day they ... "could not find flowers in the area to make and deliver that day but will be delivered the next day (confirmed by phone call)". Saturday at 5:42PM received e-mail that... "Due to a delay in delivery your order has been rescheduled and will be attempted on the next available day." If you do not mind getting flowers delivered late or super late and after the event (or even different product you paid for - 1st event/order), please give them a try. My recommendation is to find local florists for your next order..
