Delivered as promised, the same price for the same knife on the big A, but they delayed delivery for weeks and then just canceled the order. So glad I found you guys. Simple quick service. I'll be using you again for other culinary tool needs!
Knife is great delivery was on time. Thank you. Definitely will be back and telling other people.
Fantastic price, fast shipping, item as described and packaged well. 5 stars.
We have order several Knives from The Knife Merchant. and have always received excellent service. Resaca Meat Processing
They had what I was looking for, in stock, and priced below the MAP. Item was shipped quickly, and e-mail updates sent at every point of the process. Item received in new condition. Will shop here again. Highly recommend.
The knife, which was a gift, broke almost immediately. For such an expensive knife, it shouldn't break. And the description should include more details, including about its weaknesses.
I'm sorry for the problem you experienced and we'll try to do a better job of explaining the difference between a Chinese cleaver and a meat cleaver. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Fast reliable service. Great product
The case for my Dexter filet knife arrived on time, was well made and fit like a glove!
I inquired about selecting a product and received an excellent explanation about the product. Like what makes it different, how it compares to other products, etc. Highly recommend!
