People who use this site probably don’t have a lot of money to begin with or they hire a lawyer. I think more people would use the site if it was less expensive.

I am asking for a refund, because I paid $249 for a year, but was only able to populate only one document, On trying to create another doc, I was asked to pay for another subscription of $39 per month, So I am here by requesting a refund of all or majority of my money. Simple, easy to use form to fill out. But left a lot of areas where convenient check boxes could have been done on the form for printing and originality.
