I am astonished that you thought I am my mother. I signed in as myself and found her name all over the place. I hope I have changed everything to its proper readings. WEIRD! Edit: The company calls me weird right back, and doesn't reply about the offer I made to pay the balance on my previous purchase in order to refrain from subscribing and having an automatic payment next year. When I subscribed, my mother's name came up and whether the company wants to call me weird for this I assert I did not refer to her. I did not claim LegalNature is a person and I don't understand where they got that idea or what relevance it has. Instead of acknowledging that their record system is capable of extreme error, the company wants to make this a spitting contest. These are not people you want to deal with.

Misrepresentation of what was being offered before I was charged over $100.00. Scamish. This was the reply to this review: "I can assure you there is nothing 'scamish' about LegalNature. We have been in business for over 15 years and have over 10,000 positive reviews from satisfied customers. You came to our site and selected an Estate Planning document for the state of Louisiana. You elected to pay for a single documents for $149. I can assure this amount is far lower than an attorney would have charged you for the same document. You also could have elected to pay $39 for one month and obtained the same document before canceling the service. Both of these amounts are far lower than what a lawyer would have charged you. ~LegalNature" The reason this is a "Scamish" website is that it does not tell you what you are paying for upfront. "Living Will" is nothing more than what other services will offer you, especially through the Catholic Church, for free. The document is also hard to edit on the website, and once downloaded, cumbersome to edit (especially if you have questions and want to include a power of attorney). I also live in Louisiana, which prefers to have the medical and power of attorney in one document. After purchasing, I realized the document I paid for was essentially useless to me and that the separate medical and power of attorney I already have at least covers both. Please, LegalNature, refrain from sending people a survey if you don't actually want their opinion. May God forgive you and bless you not according to your deeds or words but according to His abundant Mercy. Amen.

I called the company immediately after making the purchase thinking it was the only way to file an annual report for our non-profit. I believe I was mistaken, and I called the company and the representative said my purchase was canceled in time. Now I have discovered that the purchase went through. I am very frustrated with this company.
