AI generated

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the entire process required to create essential legal documents is remarkably straightforward, simple, and very easy to understand from start to finish. Many consumers deeply appreciate the professional quality of the provided documents and how they successfully help avoid unnecessarily expensive attorney costs. However, some reviewers were not happy with unexpected expenses, claiming that the pricing was not disclosed upfront and felt quite high overall. Some people also noted unexpected difficulties with printing their documents or found them rather hard to edit properly directly on the website.

Feedback on Quit Claim Deed

I live in Michigan. I was using your service to execute a quit claim deed on a property located in Wayne County. When I down loaded your document,The front page had recording requested by, instrument prepared by, return deed to, and send tax statements to. These items should not have been on the front page. The first line of the deed on the front page should read Quit Claim Deed. As a result the deed would have been unrecordable according to the Wayne County register of deeds. I had no use for the deed. FYI, you should check out the requirements of the Wayne County register of deeds for recording.

This is worst of the worst company to…

This is worst of the worst company to do business with. I am 73 years old and I have never heard of such a scam involving a POA form. I have never been so appalled by any purchase from any other company in my life. Merchant failed to deliver paid services.

There is no scam here. Upon review we see that your purchased a power of attorney document on the 14th and it was made available to you immediately. This document is also still available within your account. Please log in to access it. Thank you.
