Official Documents Filed Incorrectly Despite Providing Correct Information

Here’s the revised version including that you paid for the documents: I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism I received. I clearly provided the correct business name and even spelled it out during the call. My profile also displayed the correct name, which makes this mistake even more difficult to understand. Because of this error, my business was registered with the State of New Jersey under the wrong name, resulting in incorrect official documentation. This is not a minor typo. It is a serious mistake that affects legal business records and has the potential to cause unnecessary delays, additional costs, and administrative complications. I paid for these documents and expected them to be prepared accurately. Instead, I received official paperwork containing an incorrect business name, which is unacceptable. After discovering the mistake, I contacted customer service again and was assured it would be corrected. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. I am now spending additional time trying to fix a problem that should never have happened in the first place. When customers trust a company to handle legal business filings, accuracy should be the highest priority. I expect this matter to be corrected immediately and for steps to be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and has significantly reduced my confidence in the quality of your service. Update They fixed everything. So thank you for that.
