The kits and bricks are incredible, however, get the instructions is a bit of a trial, a little hard to attain.

Hello， Thank you for your 5-star review! “get the instructions is a bit of a trial, a little hard to attain” Does it mean that scanning the QR code to obtain the instruction manual is too troublesome? Could you please tell me your problem in detail? I have contacted you via customer service email! Hope that solves your problem better :)

There where some parts missing but I use ordinary Lego parts to replace them
Excellent quality control, fast delivery
The set I ordered came quickly and had much better quality control than expected. It seems these guys are really listening to critical reviews online because I experienced none of the issues with my set that others had complained about in the past. I honestly cannot rate lower than 5 stars.

The kit arrived safely but when I got to the attachments things went wrong. Some parts are missing or short on count like the H shaped piece on page 317 shown on figure 2. I need two but can't find any. I don't know how it will go further on. Your packing is confusing because there are no labels on the many bags in the box. It took a long time to sort out. If there is a system in them I have not twigged on it.

Hi there, Sorry for my late reply,i just finished my weekend. I understand your question, but sorry, I didn't see the attachment. If any parts are missing, please fill out the missing parts form (I have already contacted you by email). Regarding the confusion in the packaging, I am sorry, this is because our warehouse needs to disassemble the parts sent by the supplier for full inspection, so the packaging will become confusing. Please pay attention to my email, we can continue to contact by email, hope to help you solve the problem!

Hello, Really very very sorry! I just went to inquire about your order, only to find out that there is a problem with the logistics delivery channel, and I have not been notified. Just now I have set your order as vip and changed the delivery channel, and replaced it with express delivery for you . As an apology, we're giving you a tool kit for free. Sorry again!

Great Service and a wonderful variety
I've ordered around 7 sets so far and the entire experience has been smooth and fun. I had an issue with instructions on one large and complicated set and the staff was extremely helpful in providing more information. No complaints, would definitely order again.
