All of their sets are very detailed. Their customer service is great. In one of my two purchases, i was two pieces short and not even a day later after i send them an email about the missing part, they were on their way.

I have ordered several sets and custom bulk orders for certain mocs I found on rebrickable and have had zero issues. The parts were all excellent. I don't mind waiting for my items to be shipped bc I place large orders and know it takes awhile to gather all parts needed. Communication has always been very good. Quick replies with no issues.

Great kits at fantastic prices. They tell you how many days it will take for processing before it is shipped. I have bought 4 kits recently for presents. They are still building 3 of the 4 kits. One of the mini kits is finished and it looks fantastic. We researched them before buying and confident that if we have missing parts they will provide them. In our research the reviews were great on how pieces fit together. I love we are supporting a small business. Thank you!

purchased a couple of sets recently, and they were well designed. The shipping did take a while, but it was worth it.

Customer Service did a great job handling this. I was missing an entire box of parts, but after contacting them, they said that it will be sent to me for free since they lost my package. Now if that doesn't show you amazing customer service, I don't know what does.

Could you please tell me your problem in detail so we can fix it for you :) The set is very fragile. In fact, it will not be so fragile after it is successfully built. Please tell me which steps are fragile :) If the design of the steps is unreasonable, we will contact the designer to make improvements. No missing pieces
No missing pieces. Shipment took over a month. Tractor model works fine. Had to glue some pieces to have it hold together.
